Booked a ride the day before, for a ride to the Airport at 4:30am. 4:30 showed up and no taxi. I called and asked wheres my taxi, he said they were busy, and it would be 15- 20 minutes. I said i booked this the day before. He said they will be on the way, So 5 mins later a call came in, i answered and no one was on the the line, i called back and he the said there was no one available. I Will never call these guys again. Nearly missed the plane!

We booked our cab yesterday with someone whose first language clearly wasn’t English. The driver was a couple of minutes late and had a better grasp of the English than his colleague but not exceptionally better. The car he was driving came over on the β€œArk.”. The inside was old and dirty and the rear shocks were completely gone! Took the longest way to the airport he could have!
