"Hi my name is Seth and I'm an assistant manager for an apartment community in Durham and I need a cab for one of our residents". "You just called and said you're looking for an apartment community and now you're saying you need a cab? Are you okay sir?". "Actually I'll be writing a review to tell everyone how terrible you are". "That's okay sir! We have more customers". Condescending and rude. Go with anyone else.

Reserved online for the early morning flight and got the confirmation email. The taxi didn't come by time and I had to call. Driver for some reason completely missed my appointment but luckily not far so it was only 15 minutes late. The car is clean but out dated and charge is 50% more than RDU airport taxi service.

Mike was very polite, professional, and communicative during the series of phone calls made in scheduling my cab. Unfortunately there was a last minute cancelation of my flight but this news was received with understanding. I will still gladly use this service next time I need a cab in Raleigh

Communications was good, albeit that I needed to start each convo to verify driver would pick me up on time as I made the reservation several days in advance. The driver, Mike, arrived on time, assisted with our luggage and was very pleasant. Would recommend both the service and Mike specifically.

Our Taxi driver was wonderful. So professional and helpful with every thing from our luggage and phone calls to booking our trip and updates were so comforting after a long flight. Mike was the best. Definitely will use this driver again. Our driver picked us up at RDU. Reasonable prices.

Ride RDU Taxi is an absolute gift. I do a lot of traveling for work and otherwise and Michael and his company have never failed me! They respond immediately to requests for taxi service (in advance or otherwise) and are always on time, courteous and an all-around pleasure to work with. The cars are clean and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend utilizing this service if you never want to worry about your transportation showing up and getting you to your destination on time and without a hitch.

I can describe my experience as Reliable, on time, flexible, above and beyond. I needed a ride to RDU for next day travel. It was a 6am pickup as well. They showed up on time and brought the additional car seat for my kid. Upon returning I was able to make another last minute call and schedule a ride home. This time however the plane was delayed. Not only did he wait for us but he also brought the car seat. Great job
