"You have the wrong number sir" - *hangs up the phone on me.
Me: *Calls back*. "Hi my name is Seth and I'm an assistant manager for an apartment community in Durham and I need a cab for one of our residents".
"You just called and said you're looking for an apartment community and now you're saying you need a cab? Are you okay sir?".
"Actually I'll be writing a review to tell everyone how terrible you are".
"That's okay sir! We have more customers".
Condescending and rude. Go with anyone else.

Reserved online for the early morning flight and got the confirmation email. The taxi didn't come by time and I had to call. Driver for some reason completely missed my appointment but luckily not far so it was only 15 minutes late. The car is clean but out dated and charge is 50% more than RDU airport taxi service.
