RIDE OVER TOWING

Norman provided excellent service from start to finish. He arrived promptly, was friendly, professional, and took great care of my vehicle throughout the entire towing process. He explained everything clearly, made a stressful situation much easier, and went above and beyond to help. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I called during rush hour, on a Friday night, for a fellow employee of mine who broke down in Buckley IL and needed the vehicle towed back to McHenry county. Not only did this company not even blink at the distance but they immediately jumped in their truck, called the employee that had broken down to discuss a plan and provide them an ETA. I can not recommend this company enough! Thank you! I appreciate you greatly!

I was stranded on the freeway around midnight and Norman was the only driver who would take my call. Everyone else was closed and my night and week could’ve been absolutely ruined. Thanks to Norman and his flexibility I was chillin. Also he knew a 24hr tire service guy who could help me on the spot rather than me having to Uber 45 minutes home, then 45 minutes back to the tire shop the next day to pick it up. 5 stars for sure

I had issues starting my vehicle and called Ride Over for a tow. The driver arrived promptly and upon his arrival was able to jump start my truck and only charged me for roadside service. Super nice and polite guy.

Our truck broke down the night before Christmas Eve. Not only were they extremely responsive and brought our truck home for us They also provided recommendations of where we could get it looked at. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone.

I can’t recommend this towing company enough. I was completely stranded, and several other companies refused to accept the order because I was too far out. Norman didn’t hesitate… he took the job when no one else would and showed up ready to help. He was professional, kind, and made sure I got to a tire shop safely. During a really stressful situation, they gave me peace of mind and treated me with care and urgency. I’m so grateful for their reliability and willingness to go the extra mile… literally. Ride Over Towing saved my day. The driver Norm arrived promptly after calling. He was quick to get my truck off a busy road I was broke down at. He even found out what was wrong with my vehicle. Norm has great knowledge with vehicles and handled my truck with care. I would definitely recommend this towing company for your towing needs.

One of the nicest guys I have ever met. My buddy had a flat in the Kankakee area Friday midnight and He was the only guy who picked up his phone. He came over quicker than expected and towed the truck and dropped it at given mechanic's. Me and my buddy didn't have cash for the mechanic place and needed additional amount and both of our debit cards had issues. Then we asked Norman to see if he can help us out and he went all the way to an atm and came back with cash (asked us no additional fees)and turned a nightmare into a smooth night.

No one wants to have to tow a car, but this company made a crappy situation easy. 10/10!
