RIDE OVER TOWING

I had issues starting my vehicle and called Ride Over for a tow. The driver arrived promptly and upon his arrival was able to jump start my truck and only charged me for roadside service. Super nice and polite guy.

Our truck broke down the night before Christmas Eve. Not only were they extremely responsive and brought our truck home for us They also provided recommendations of where we could get it looked at. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone.

I called during rush hour, on a Friday night, for a fellow employee of mine who broke down in Buckley IL and needed the vehicle towed back to McHenry county. Not only did this company not even blink at the distance but they immediately jumped in their truck, called the employee that had broken down to discuss a plan and provide them an ETA. I can not recommend this company enough! Thank you! I appreciate you greatly!

I was stranded on the freeway around midnight and Norman was the only driver who would take my call. Everyone else was closed and my night and week could’ve been absolutely ruined. Thanks to Norman and his flexibility I was chillin. Also he knew a 24hr tire service guy who could help me on the spot rather than me having to Uber 45 minutes home, then 45 minutes back to the tire shop the next day to pick it up. 5 stars for sure

I can’t recommend this towing company enough. I was completely stranded, and several other companies refused to accept the order because I was too far out. Norman didn’t hesitate… he took the job when no one else would and showed up ready to help. He was professional, kind, and made sure I got to a tire shop safely. During a really stressful situation, they gave me peace of mind and treated me with care and urgency. I’m so grateful for their reliability and willingness to go the extra mile… literally. MUST CALL!! if you need help, He's your guy. This towing service is the absolute best. I was stuck and stranded in the snow and this man was the only person to answer the call. His service was AFFORDABLE and he is very PROFESSIONAL. He even took time to stand in the cold after helping me to advise the oncoming traffic of the bad road conditions. so they wont get stranded like i did. Most places will let you drive and get stuck just to make money of you. Outstanding!!!

The owner was a very nice welcoming driver. His rates were very good. He also helped us in a dangerous storm and looked out for our safety when helping with the vehicle. Overall my experience with this company was very positive given the circumstances regarding weather and vehicle trouble. I highly recommend this company for when your vehicle is needed to be towed.

Great and kind guy, incredibly fast and reliable. Had a blowout and he was there with the right tools and had my tire off, replaced and pumped to proper tire pressure in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
