RIDE OVER TOWING

MUST CALL!! if you need help, He's your guy. This towing service is the absolute best. I was stuck and stranded in the snow and this man was the only person to answer the call. His service was AFFORDABLE and he is very PROFESSIONAL. He even took time to stand in the cold after helping me to advise the oncoming traffic of the bad road conditions. so they wont get stranded like i did. Most places will let you drive and get stuck just to make money of you. Outstanding!!!

One of the nicest guys I have ever met. My buddy had a flat in the Kankakee area Friday midnight and He was the only guy who picked up his phone. He came over quicker than expected and towed the truck and dropped it at given mechanic's. Me and my buddy didn't have cash for the mechanic place and needed additional amount and both of our debit cards had issues. Then we asked Norman to see if he can help us out and he went all the way to an atm and came back with cash (asked us no additional fees)and turned a nightmare into a smooth night.

I needed a tow this morning because I put myself in a ditch and this place right here RIDE OVER TOWING got me out of the ditch filled with snow with no problem. The driver was professional and safe. I recommend this place for your towing needs. Thank you again.

Would give more than 5 stars if possible! Got to my location in 30minutes. Helped out with getting some cash to pay the tire service. All from 1am-3am. My night could have been a lot worse but instead I was back on the road that night! Can’t recommend enough.

Norman was Absolutely a God Send. After calling several repair shops and towing companies that either were too pricey, too long to wait, or just couldn’t help me, I really was lucky to call Ride Over Towing. My brother was stranded with his car in a shopping center parking lot almost two hours away from me. Norman not only went to get him, determined what was wrong with his car, called and ordered parts and fixed his car right there in the parking lot. Norman was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone with me as I explained the situation and my brother said he couldn’t have found anyone as kind and considerate to help him. The cost of the repairs were much lower than others quoted and my brother thought they would be. My brother was able to drive home with his car repaired because Norman went out of his way to follow through and help him. I definitely recommend this company for anyone needing these services. My brother was treated with respect, honesty, and very reasonable pricing.

The owner was a very nice welcoming driver. His rates were very good. He also helped us in a dangerous storm and looked out for our safety when helping with the vehicle. Overall my experience with this company was very positive given the circumstances regarding weather and vehicle trouble. I highly recommend this company for when your vehicle is needed to be towed.

I blew a belt in Bourbonais and Norman came promptly and fixed the problem right on the spot. Very friendly, competent service. Highly recommended!
