Riddle septic has proven to be top notch for us this past year. Our company was using a septic service that was not providing us adequate service. We started using Riddle and have been very pleased. Thank you for going above and beyond every week to pump our tanks! Awesome company.

Riddle Septic Solutions are really great people! They helped us out when we were in a pinch. Their prices are very competitive to other septic companies but where they make a huge difference between themselves & their competitors; quality. Now you may say, where do pumping the poo & quality cross? In my opinion it was customer service. This was for my boss the day before Thanksgiving also: 1. They went out of their way to fit them into a tight schedule 2. They parked their truck exactly where I asked them to via text message 3. They dug out the covers for the septic & liquid pump tank & placed them back in a way that disturbed nothing in the pine needle bed other than the areas they needed to access 4. They gave us great advice on a pipe that had back-fall on it going from one tank to the other 5. They took care of my boss; so my boss gave them some extra money for squeezing him into a very tight holiday schedule 6. They were also very fair in selling us additional items that right now if you try to order the lead time is 3-6 weeks There really aren’t enough stars here for me to accurately give them their due.
