Rid All Termite & Pest Solutions

I've been using RidAll for several years now, for both my commercial and residential services. They are always polite, helpful, and quick to answer service requests between regularly scheduled treatments. They are also cost friendly. Highly recommend!!!

Rid All Termite & Pest Solutions is AMAZING! When putting our house up for sell they were able and willing to quickly come out and treat our home. With our new home they immediately did a termite inspection, and made us aware of some issues we needed to address. Their office manager walked me through the process for our new home. So thankful for such a wonderful company in a time of need!

Had issues with spiders and hired this company but they did not solve any problem. Not even a week after them coming to spray I would still see spiders, even in areas they sprayed. I even told them and they had someone come back out, and I ask them could they make it stronger as I was still having issues. They assured me that the spray they used was strong. But I still had spiders after every visit within a week or two. Cancelled service.

The guys over at Rid All have worked on two of my houses. They were punctual, professional and very thorough. My first house had a pretty nasty flea infestation and they were able to take care of the issue in a single visit. Thanks Rid All!

The owner was very helpful and truly interested in helping me with my issues. Showed up on time, very professional employees, pricing was below what was quoted will continue to use Rid-All and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an exterminator

If I could, I would give a ZERO!! for this company!! I have called over 6 months!! to pay on an invoice. I have left MANY messages and they FINALLY call back today. They one, tell me they've not received not one of my voicemails I have left. They two, NEVER answer they phone when you call. (FIX THAT ISSUE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER CARE) I always call at different times. I was calling at around 8-9 in the morning. I was not getting any answer so I changed to evening time about 3-4. STILL NO ANSWER!!! How do you even have a business if you don't even answer the phones!! Next, the pest control. Our issue was never even took care of by this company. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone!! Especially if this is how they treat their customers. NOT A GOOD COMPANY AT ALL!!

It was very difficult to find and I called for directions in addition to my GPS. After arriving the place was locked and after all the driving I was a bit frustrated because I could have at least received a return phone call. Overall it was not a good experience for me.
