Richard provides an excellent service all around. First, he is very upfront and clear on what services he will provide, the cost, and the timeframe. Most importantly, his inspections are extremely thorough and detailed. He provided me with an exceptional report with all levels of concerns from the very minor to the need for immediate replacement. Additionally, Richard is great at summarizing and communicating the implications of report and recommended actions. I would recommend and use again myself.

Richard worked with our realtor to get our inspection done quickly when the seller gave us only a 10 day window. He was very thorough, explained what he found to us in person and provided a detailed inspection report for us and the other parties in our purchase transaction. We added a sewer line inspection, where he found waste water from the toilets was consistently draining into the lines. I highly recommend him!

Mr Thomas was very prompt in responding to my request for a home inspection. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable and happy to share his knowledge when I asked any questions. I also received his written report the same day. I can’t give him a high enough review as this only allows for five stars but I can assure you he will be my go to for any future home inspections. Richard did a phenomenal job! Was on time and very professional. I’ve used his services twice and each inspection was thorough and he provided a detailed report shortly after! Rich was amazing and very helpful during our home inspection. He was very responsive and communicative with us throughout the process. The cost of a home inspection may ultimately be the best bargain you will ever find. Richard Thomas was my inspector for a condominium I recently bought. I would give him a 10 star rating if I could. The owner was not easy to deal with, and was less than forthcoming about issues that could potentially cause future problems. Richard expertly took him to task. Rest assured that all details concerning the real condition of the property you are considering will be addressed and properly documented. A real estate purchase is a huge investment and while a property may look good and appear to be fine to an untrained eye, it takes a trained expert inspector to be sure all is sound and in good condition.
