I'm late getting to leaving this review, but Richard built out an unbelievable screened porch for me in November 2023. I purchased a home that did not have an existing porch, but I knew I needed one. They replaced our dock at St. Teresa which was demolished by Hurricane Helene. It ended up being 240’ long, 4ft wide and a 6ft wide ramp at the end. They did a great job and we would certainly recommend them for any construction work. Very pleased!

I hired Richard Brantley Construction (Richard and Tyler) for window replacement, wood rot repair, and metal cladding. Their craftsmanship, quality, and punctuality are excellent. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. Their pricing beats Home Depot's estimates. They are likely one of the best window installers in town. Highly recommend! Will hire again.

Couple of outstanding guys to work with. Owner and brother are on the job DAILY doing the work. Closed in a pole barn to make it a garage for me and it’s sturdy and looks great. First of all we called 4 other construction companies to get estimates and only one other person showed up. That person ended up being very rude. Richard on the other hand, came out and gave us a free estimate right away and didn't try to sell us anything we weren't asking for. He is honest, hardworking and dependable. He and Tyler did an amazing job on our deck and we can't wait to spend time on it making memories. We will definitely hire them for other projects and would recommend them to anyone. Richard does great work and always gets it done when he says he will! I'm a local gutter contractor and I run into rotten fascia, damaged soffit and even damaged decks because they waited to get gutter to long (lol). If and when I do I can get ahold of Richard to repair or replace the damaged items quickly and efficiently so I can get my work completed. I highly recommend!!

I couldn’t be happier with with Richard’s work and the overall experience. He responded to my call immediately and came by for an estimate. He didn’t try to sell me on needing my whole deck replaced just the rotted wood. His team also installed a new privacy fence that looks beautiful and came in under my other bids. He gave good advice and was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be using them again.
