First he did our entire home in a gorgeous oak floor and we loved it! He is also a delight to work with and has wonderful attention to detail and pride in doing his work to very high standards. He's a total professional. Then, when we moved and got a larger place, Brad really outdid himself. We let him offer some creative ideas and he came up with the most beautiful entry floor medallion of grape clusters. He did this complex project on time and on budget with gorgeous craftsmanship, and as always, provided fair and competitive pricing. He also had to match some pre existing hardwood floors and did them beautifully with some lovely creative detailing. Brad goes above and beyond. He takes his profession very seriously and combines the best of being a great technician with being a creative idea man. He deserves ALL of those 5 stars and we recommend Brad Rich to all our friends -- the ones we REALLY like : )
