Had a cleaning. Hygienist was very professional and was so patient considering my awful gag reflex when taking x-rays. She got my mind off of it. The Dentist was great as well. Worked with VA to provide excellent services. Definitely would recommend this Dental Office to all

Will and Dr. Chen were amazing they made me feel so comfortable and very much at ease. I have severe anxiety and these two made me feel safe, I had alot of work done and didn't think I was going to go through with it but Will and Dr. Chen helped me each step of the way and made the process very comfortable for me. I'm extremely grateful for the two of them.

Five stars for the wonderful, delightful people who work here! But 1-star for the imaging device used for my crown fitting. Their scanner is far too LARGE for many patients and is extremely uncomfortable—it felt like I was choking several times and was quite painful as it grazed my gums - more than once. And it took forever to scan!!! Top it off because the imaging didn’t fly the first time, I had to RETURN today to do it again! (Which further delayed my crown by several weeks.) I learned today that there is actually a smaller imaging device that’s not only smaller and faster but provides a more comfortable experience for the patient. The plan was to do another crown right after this one but if management doesn’t buy a smaller imaging device, as much as I like the amazing staff, I’ll be looking for a new dental office. :-(

I cannot say enough praise for Dr. Frank and his entire staff. First of all, the office is new. It's beautifully done. The equipment is new and top-notch. Yesterday was the first time at their new location. I was sad to see that there was no TV in the corner. They said, "Look up!" There it was, on the ceiling to amuse the person having their teeth cared for. A significant part of the fear people have about going to the dentist is the prospect of pain. Dr. Frank numbed the area, then injected medication so that I did not feel a thing. Having had a lot of work done, I have never had any pain! Prices are fair, and he always gives advice and then allows the person to decide their plan of care. I've seen him take care of people who are on vacation and walk in without an appointment whenever possible. He is genuinely concerned for people.

Dr. Chen and Will were fantastic. They were able to get me scheduled very quickly because of my concerns and talked me through all steps, options, and always asked if I had any questions or concerns! Highly recommend!

I'm not one to normally leave a review but I feel it's important to shine a spotlight on Dr. Chen and hygienist Will at the Hampstead location. I am in the process of having some extensive dental work done and from my first cleaning and consultation to beginning my treatment Dr. Chen has been crucial in this healing process. He communicated very clearly the treatment plan and gave his professional opinion on how best to prioritize my care both in regards to my anxiety about dental work and financial ability. Dr. Chen and Will were great during my first procedure, both were attentive to my comfort and made sure I was doing ok the whole time. I received multiple follow up calls to make I was doing ok after as well. I had to come back due to a minor complication and was immediately brought back where I was listened to and the concern was addressed. Dr. Chen made sure I was taken care of and Will was sure to check that I didn't have any further questions or concerns, he even took the time to make sure I had everything I needed to continue the healing process at home. If you have dental anxiety and are looking for a non judgemental and compassionate team, where your concerns are heard and needs are met, all the boxes are checked here. Thanks Dr. Chen and Will!

Riccobene in Hampstead was very caring & knowledgeable . They take great care & time to explain the procedures . Will & Dr. Chen take the time necessary for patients to fully understand the costs as well as the time involved, & the options available. Dr. Chen took great care in removing a tooth that was broken off at the gum line & was able to remove it all in one piece, gently, painlessly! The whole office works as a great team!

First visit this morning and wow, what a great experience and first impression. The wait time was reasonable, the staff was very friendly, the office is inviting and nice, and Dr. Chen was very friendly, approachable, and accommodating. They definitely know how to ease the anxiety of going to the dentist.

Super happy with my visit today. As far as cleanings go, the hygienist did a very thorough job and made it relatively painless compared to other cleanings I’ve had in the past. My teeth look and feel so much better now. Highly recommend!

First visit to the Hampstead office and was very impressed with the front desk staff and hygienist, Kaitlin. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Kaitin took her time and explained everything she was doing.
