Exceptional staff. I use the member program which is a great value. Today I had a dental emergency and they worked me in to the schedule, explained everything and fixed me up! The level of care really made a difference for me, I appreciate it!

Great experience from the start, and throughout my care with Dr. Miller. I'd not seen a dentist on a thorough enough basis, due to work related issues, and mistakenly thought my teeth were in better shape than they were. Kudos to the staff for working to restore my dental health, as I was in the chair for a long while, and I'd like to point out that Dr. Miller and his assistant Amira are incredibly talented with the latest technology (two crowns needed, old 1970's fillings, cracked molars). Shout out as well to Bri, the hygienist, as she too, is by far, along with Amira, the best team I've had, having been with numerous dentists (moved around a lot). Laura, with whom I had my x-rays, and initial visit, is super nice. Michelle the receptionist is very thorough and polite, and took care of all pre-screening insurance questions, as well as arranging quotes for care as passed along from Laura (from Dr. Miller's initial assessment). Maddie, the office manager, also put my mind at ease regarding utilizing my insurance. This practice is run by a team of highly skilled staff. I couldn't have asked for any better care.

I was genuinely excited to get my teeth back on track but Dr. Miller had me leaving feeling much worse about my smile than anything else. I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to me when I simply didn’t hear “bite down,” and he literally raised his voice at me as if he were a drill sergeant. I apologized but he continued being terse throughout the rest of my exam. Genuinely feel worse now. Thanks!

After having a huge fear of the dentist Dr. miller treated me so welcoming. Having a full mouth extraction for implants and having the choice to be sedated eased my worries and fear.So glad decided to go with Dr. Miller. Each post op appointment that I have been too everyone is just so nice and they really make you feel special.

I've been going to Riccobene for a while now at the Southport location, but moved to ILM and needed one up here, so I visited the downtown location for a tooth problem. I ended up having an old metal filling replaced; the process was super quick, and the Dr. made sure that I didn't feel any pain during it. Overall, it was an easy experience. I recommend checking your insurance and invoicing after visits, as Riccobene keeps the credit in your dental account instead of calling to adjust payment.

I was referred to Riccobene Denistry by a friend and they were Awesome. I was going on vacation soon and needed to get in quickly ( I had just moved here and didn’t have a dentist yet). I called and got an appointment in a day. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and provided several recommendations for my care. I will be going back for treatment and I highly recommend them.

I love this dentist office! Madison is my favorite! She is so sweet and makes me feel welcome and at ease every time im there! A true blessing, we need more Madisons in this world!

I get so anxious about going to the dentist, but Riccobene was amazing mainly because Candra was so supportive – she actually held my hand and helped me through it. I felt like she really cared, which is different from other places I've been. Everyone else there was great too.

The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient—checking me in quickly and making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Miller is truly exceptional. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to explain every step of the process in a calm, reassuring manner. It’s clear that Dr. Miller genuinely cares about patients' comfort and long-term dental health. What stood out most was the attention to detail and the gentle approach to care. I was there for  X-rays,  and a more involved procedure, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and compassion. I never felt rushed or like just another appointment on the schedule. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which really added to the overall experience. I can honestly say this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dentist who is both highly competent and genuinely caring, I can’t recommend Dr. Daniel Miller and the team at Riccobene Associates enough.
