Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

I had a really great experience with this practice. They facility is really modern and inviting. All of the staff were wonderful, and I was very well treated. They were thorough and explained everything to my satisfaction. My hygienist was friendly, efficient and did a great job. Dr. Espinosa was excellent and gave me great advice. She was able to provide me information on what work I needed done, and, more importantly, what I did not need to spend money on. Overall, I don't think I could have been happier, and I feel comfortable that I have a great dental provider for future maintenance or issues.

My dentist who I've gone to for 8 years recently stopped taking my insurance so I called around. Riccobene said they did and they happened to have a cancellation in a couple of weeks and could get me in that soon. That started me off being happy. I would still be within my 6 months! I went and was greeted by a very friendly check in person. My appointment was at 10:00 and I was called in at 10:00 on the dot. My Hygienist was Sofia. She was so nice and friendly and I was surprised to find out they had gotten my records from my previous dentist. I don't even remember telling them who it was! The checkup and cleaning went well and then I met the dentist who was also very nice and friendly! I guess I've used the word friendly to describe everyone there. I don't usually overuse a word like that, but that is actually how everyone there was! I'm very happy with my choice of a new dentist. I'll definitely stay with them and I highly recommend Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry!

Receptionist was welcoming a plus! She knew her stuff concerning insurances. Hygienist friendly and when she stepped away she indicated she’ll be right back preparing another patient. Dentist is excellent seen her before and it’s always genuine. I am a Medical Office Manager and my experience with Riccobene Dentistry is outstanding. This was an emergency appointment got me right in same day. Thank you for all you do it’s noticed!

The entire staff was great! They reviewed my records, took X-rays and evaluated my needs and set a plan. Was a very efficient process and the new office at the point at midtown is nice. And they work with the V.A. For Veterans.

Highly skilled, thorough, compassionate and caring. From the front desk to the assistants to the hygienists to the dentists, this is a group of people who care about you and the work they do for you. Not a single person on their team that wasn't over the top. I will sing their praises to my friends and family and if you are shopping a dentist practice, look no further!

First visit today as a new patient and I couldn't be more pleased! I was in the waiting room for less than two minutes. The staff was friendly and my Dentist was very attentive and carefully reviewed my care options. I highly recommend Riccobene and Associates!

Nice staff, but busy. I was rushed through, leaving me with questions about my treatment plan. The cost and confusion caused me to get a second opinion which the second dentist disagreed with the majority of the treatment plan including a PERIODONTAL cleaning and a root canal for a tooth that did not need it!!! It would’ve cost me close to $1200. My new dentist the bill was $88. This is a big practice and people get lost in the mix of all going on. If you need simple routine exams or cleaning they might be ok but I would recommend a second opinion for anything procedural.

My visit was the best dentist I have ever had. I felt VERY taken care of. All associates of the dentist office were kind and very attentive. It showed me how I HAVE NOT been taken care of by past dentist. I have told my whole family about Riccobene!!!

I have been coming to them for about 5 years. Currently 8 months pregnant, tried to schedule my yearly teeth cleaning and was told they wouldn’t schedule me without an x-ray. Told them I don’t feel comfortable exposing an unborn child to X-rays and they said they didn’t care, my last X-ray was 2 years ago and they wouldn’t see me without one. Did not care that I was pregnant. I even said I would sign a waver or anything but they wouldn’t do it. They have no care for unborn babies and that is absolutely disgusting. Will not be coming back here

For the 2nd time my appointment was cancelled with no information to me. Supposedly called several weeks before my appointment. I did not receive a voicemail. No follow up to see when I could reschedule. Work done was great!
