Family-owned business, very friendly and professional. Ricardo himself does the cleaning with his son - not subcontracted. They did an excellent job cleaning stains from our overuse of a carpet stain removal product. Appointment was made with ease, and I was sent reminders beforehand. Antonio was great. Fast, friendly service. He came exactly when they said he would, which seems to be something of a rarity these days. Prices were very reasonable. Happy to support a locally owned, family run business. They offer a much wider range of services (vinyl floors, furniture, hardwood) than their name implies. Will definitely use again.

I don’t usually post reviews unless my experience is really bad or really good… Riccardo definitely falls into the latter category! I cannot recommend him highly enough and I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. He was on time, polite, courteous and professional and didn’t try to up-sell me a bunch of extras, like the bigger companies typically do. When he was done he gave me some great advice for future care and maintenance of our area rug, which was really appreciated. His price was also the lowest (my wife phoned around for a bunch of quotes), which I’m always sceptical of, but was very pleasantly surprised with how great the entire experience was. Riccardo is an hard working, old-school guy that gets the job done quickly and to a high standard. Don’t bother shopping around…

Ricardo and Antonio came to our home to do some upholstery cleaning and did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous, and very helpful with explaining their cleaning procedure, which was very much appreciated. They also noticed a tear in our expensive love seat and referred us to another company to assist with repair. I have no hesitation in referring this local, family run business.
