Air conditioning quit on a 90 degree day and a Holiday. They responded and fixed the issue in a timely manner. It definitely pays to have this company on a plan. Very Caring and honest people. Highly recommend this Company ‼️

He’s professional, honest, and dependable — the kind of person you can trust to get the job done right without trying to upsell or scam you like some others out there. I highly recommend giving him and his team a try. You won’t be disappointed.

We got our AC unit through them and have loved their customer service and fair pricing! We were new home owners and our AC went out right when we moved in right when summer was starting so we couldn’t afford to spend an arm and a leg for a system. Luckily we found Ribbit! The owner has been over a couple time and has been super helpful. We’ve had other problems with our furnace as we didn’t replace it and it’s older and every issue they have identified has been the right culprit. I get scared companies will try to get us to fix non existent problems but now I feel like I have a company I can trust and not second guess when they tell me what the problem is.

The best staff- Jake is who came out, able to come out quickly, very affordable… we have used this company a few times, and have recommended them to others who have nothing but great things to say! Appreciate your hard work

The fact I cannot give 6 stars is criminal in this instance. I met Danny by chance one day recently in between busses on my way home from work, and after talking briefly he kindly offered me a ride instead of me waiting for the next bus. On the way to my place the issue of my furnace not working in my home I'm buying. He explained to me what he did for a living, and guaranteed he would get my heat back on. I of course in between paydays could not afford his services but he came into my home and did above and beyond his call of duty that day. Not only did he keep his word, but he earned the respect of myself and family that day. I will never call on anyone for any heating or cooling needs so long as these guys are around. Never a more honest or genuine experience have I ever had with another business man. So yourself a favor and call these guys. They'll do you no wrong. Period

These guys are amazing! They came out promptly, listened to my concerns, and addressed them immediately. They were very thorough and their prices were reasonable. I am thankful that I have found a great HVAC company.

Fantastic service and quick to respond. Ribbit came out and gave us a quote quickly before anyone else and quoted us cheaper than anyone else. Then they had the audacity to do it quicker than anyone else could even come out and give us a quote! Amazing service again and they really know what they're doing. They thought it might take ~3 hours to install our new unit and put insulation on our ducts and it only took them 1.5 hours. I will recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting HVAC work done.

Ribbit Heating and Air on a scale of 1-10 rate a 12. Jake and Steve gave us excellent+ service. They meet the scheduled time, called prior to arrival, performed excellent install as I observed Steve install our central air unit. Steve answered all my questions as he provided excellent installation. My only anxiety is that they are so good that they will not be able to continue such excellent service, because with this kind of service their business will continue to grow. I highly recommend them. Springfield does not have any heating and air service comparable to them. (Also, they are kind and caring professionals.) Dr. Mike Henry

Ribbit Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job from quote, to delivery, to installation. They provide the lowest prices, quickest quote and fastest installation. Jake quoted late on a Friday afternoon, delivered on time the following Monday, and had the furnace and air conditioning up and running after only four hours. Ribbit picked out the best match for our new equipment to minimize plumbing and air flow modifications. They also performed an excellent job of vacuuming and cleaning up when the installation was completed.
