Bobby work with customers and understands what customers needs and understands the customers situation. Bobby doesn't push or rushed the customers to any point to make them worried or get scared . Bobby doesn't do any sales talk but provide great advice on what options to take and what can help save money. I hope the General Manager or CEO move Bobby to a better and higher position because he deserves it. Bobby deserves a raised or some type of bonus on his paycheck for being the best agent and giving out an excellent outstanding Professional customer service performance.

I had a lot trouble finding a company that would cover me. I had lapsed insurance a few times and don’t have a clean driving record, not to mention I had a letter from the dmv stating that I needed insurance by 02/08 or my registration would be suspended.
