From there, we did our homework: checked legal business names, DBAs, owners, and licensing through the Arkansas Secretary of State and Contractors Licensing Board. We verified liability insurance, the residential roofing surety bond, requested the owner drivers license and proceeded to review court records. Lastly combed through reviews and complaints across BBB, Yelp, Google, Nextdoor, and Facebook. Why go that far? Because you’re hiring someone to replace one of the most expensive parts of your home. Any reputable company should welcome that level of scrutiny. Dylan from Rhino Roofing came out and walked us through everything—from shingle type down to the nail length. His estimate was complete and didn’t include padded material counts. (Some roofers over-order shingles, charge you for them, and then take the extras with them.) He didn’t pressure us or ask for any money upfront, which was a big deal for us. We made it clear this wasn’t an insurance job; we were paying out of pocket and would pay in full when the job was complete. If a company can’t front the cost of materials, they’re probably not in the right business. We signed the work order on April 19, 2025. Dylan ordered the materials right away, and although we expected a three-week delivery window, everything arrived early. Chris called to schedule the install, and today—April 29—they completed the roof. Everyone showed up on time, verified materials, and got straight to work. The crew was professional, respectful, and left no mess behind. My roof looks incredible. I called Rhino Roofing because of a roof leak in my kitchen. Chris & Wyatt came out that same day. They temporarily repaired the leak, did a thorough inspection and scheduled a roofing replacement. The crew arrived on time, finished the job in less than 2 days and cleaned up everything. Everyone was professional and kept me informed of the progress. I am satisfied with their work and would recommend the company.

On May 13th I reached out to Rhino Roofing on behalf of my elderly mom. She desperately needed a new roof. Dylan, came out very promptly and did everything necessary to make this happen. He sat with both of us and explained everything that was needed and provided us with samples of Shingles to choose from and all the products Rhino Roofing uses. It was honestly the easiest Company I have ever dealt with in making decisions that truly needed immediate attention. I wasn’t able to be there when they did the job but my Mom raved at how hard and professional all of those guys worked. Once the job was complete, Dylan took her by the arm himself and walked her outside to show the Completion! I would like to personally say that NOTHING meant more to me than that. After meeting with four roofing companies, Rhino Roofing was far above all the others. Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Patience. There are so many roofing companies that the process to choose one is daunting. Dylan, Chris and all of the staff and installers were top notch! Do not hesitate to hire them. You can get other bids but I guarantee you theirs will be the best in every way. Our house is almost 100 years old and it was an extremely difficult job. They had to remove all the way down to the original shake shingles and put the decorative metal trim back the way it was almost 100 years ago. You wouldn’t believe what the other companies said to us about being impossible for their company to do that. Don’t hesitate! Hire them!

Fast and easy service! Entered info online on a Saturday on Labor Day weekend and got a call same day. Quote done on Tuesday and roof installed on the following weekend in one day! Very pleased with finished roof! Jack was great to work with and stayed in touch throughout process and followed up to make sure we were happy. Warranty was better than other roofers we checked with too. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a Roofing company that does quality work use Rhino . These guys do great work and are easy to deal with. Will defiantly use them again for future projects .
