Ronnie came out to check our broken AC and gave us the news we were expecting. He walked us through our options without being pushy. He even suggested waiting until spring if we preferred. He sent a quote right away and answered every call and text immediately. We decided to replace the entire system now, and each day of installation he arrived exactly when he said he would. Our old system had been a substandard new-build installation. Ronnie took the time to show us the issues he found and explain how he would address them to improve quality, efficiency, and lifespan. I appreciate how much I learned from him, it gave me a whole new respect for HVAC work. If you value attention to detail and top-notch craftsmanship, Ronnie is the person you want. He clearly loves what he does, and it shows in both the quality of his work and the way he treats his customers. He’s punctual, responsive, friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Rhino HVAC (Ronnie) is an outstanding, honest & kind business man. My parents just recently passed away and days after, their HVAC broke. I called RHINO and Ronnie came out ASAP. He was thorough & explained in detail what was wrong. Had it fixed in 24 hours & didnt overcharge. He made a really difficult time LESS difficult. Seriously the best. Out heat went out after the winter storms. Ronnie was able to come out on short notice after he was done working for the day and get us running again. Not only was he polite and personable but he took the time to show me what he was doing and explain the whole process and how things work. I could not recommend him or this company enough. The only company I will be using going forward!
