Rhona was incredible. She was very friendly & immediately helped me the second I walked in the door. And not in a pushy salesman kind of way. She made my mattress purchase quick & simple. I give her 5 stars! The only thing I didn't like was how the other staff spoke about her in front of me. Leo was unprofessional. Very negative & seemed like I was a bother to him when I asked for assistance. (Rhona was with customers at that moment) I could felt the animosity towards Rhona. That was uncomfortable for me to experience & witness. And this is my second big purchase from this store & I noticed the same attitude from Leo in the past. Someone needs to reconsider who works at thd front desk. A smile would be nice. If Rhona didn't greet me at the door & saw Leo first... I would've left immediately.

Emily was very helpful throughout the entire process. Great deal for amazing furniture. Great customer service. The chair arrived damaged the first time but they got a new one redelivered at a quick turn around time. Definitely will recommend friends and family here. They have many options, you will definitely find something you love here! I purchased the sectional and the chair in the photos for reference and I am in love!!! 🫶🏼 will be returning to purchase more when I need more items!

Husband and I went looking for a mattress. The blonde girl sells us a floor model Nectar bed for $950. We ask how much for the futon she replies $175! So I ask 3 times to confirm price as that sounds super cheap! She says i give good price because we're buying bed. She charges my card $2100!!!!! 950+175=2100???? I look at the receipt as we're leaving and said you charged me an extra $1000??? She tells me futon 1075!!! Not what she said and I want a refund! The machine declined my card refund twice! I call my bank and no issue on my end! She than tells me you put $50 down on the bed so we save it! My husband says don't think so you haven't even refunded my card!!!! Told them I'm not taking the bed and file claim on my card!!!!! I will never spend my money here!!! Beware of the scam!!!
