very quick response time, came by early next day, diagnosed the problem and came back that same day with the part and installed it. Not like other companies I've used in the past... 3-4 days just to come and then they hit you with "oh we need to special order the part" and take another week to finally resolve to problem. Very please will definitely work with them again

Ron did a fantastic job repairing on our old Yale forklifts that we thought was beyond repair. It really saved us a lot of money by not having to replace the unit. I highly recommend his services. Very professional and rates that are reasonable.

RFS Forklift has been servicing our two OLDER forklifts since 2021 (Jay-Co Enterprises). Always very prompt and professional. Ron and crew are always willing to go that extra mile for you (always needed with older forklifts)!
