Reynoldsburg Family Dental

Staff is always kind and personable. They work to make you feel comfortable and cared about. We’ve been going for many years, and they have taken such good care of our family. I myself get especially nervous about getting cavities filled, etc, and they have made this so much easier for me. Very highly recommend!

Had my first appointment with Reynoldsburg Family Dental two days ago. I have been bouncing around trying to find a good dentist for awhile. Im excited to say I think ive finally found it! I felt welcomed from the second I came in, to the second I left. Everyone was very kind and I especially appreciated the fact they told me each step before they did it, so there were no surprises. I mentioned to my dental hygenist, Jen, that I struggle with cleanings sometimes and may need extra rinsing, which she heard and did wonderfully! I plan to go back and hope to continue to have great experiences.

I had the best emergency visit to this office today. Everyone was so nice. They did a great job! Special shout out to Tara for being extra wonderful!

My experience at Reynoldsburg Family Dental has renewed my faith in dental providers after a VERY unpleasant experience at another local dental office. Dr. Gehring, Jen & Laurie/Lori (?) all made me feel comfortable, valued & understood. They were professional, efficient & thorough during my cleaning & exam.

I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and treated me well. They did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth.

Patients please watch out for billings with insurance providers. I was told what my responsibility would be which I paid up front, I later received a bill for a balance when I questioned this this there was no clear answer, I contacted my insurance carrier and was advised I did not owe this.Another pymt was sent to dental office and after contacting their office they did verify additional pymt was received and I had a credit balance of $149.50 I requested the refund in October as of this date no refund, I called the office today and was informed that my refund was $49.50 5

Dr Gehring and his staff are fantastic. Very caring, compassionate and gentle.

Such an easy and worry free process. Booking an appointment was quick and I was able to be squeezed in same day. Everyone from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the dentist are incredibly friendly and put you at ease. I have been going to that practice my entire life and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
