Reynoldsburg Family Dental

My experience at Reynoldsburg Family Dental has renewed my faith in dental providers after a VERY unpleasant experience at another local dental office. Dr. Gehring, Jen & Laurie/Lori (?) all made me feel comfortable, valued & understood. They were professional, efficient & thorough during my cleaning & exam.

Staff was very professional. They informed you of everything they was going to do for your dental needs. Made me feel very welcomed I’m referring my husband and gave their information to a friend to become a patient. I used to be nervous about coming to the dentist NOT ANYMORE thanks so much Reynoldsburg Family Dental

Patients please watch out for billings with insurance providers. I was told what my responsibility would be which I paid up front, I later received a bill for a balance when I questioned this this there was no clear answer, I contacted my insurance carrier and was advised I did not owe this.Another pymt was sent to dental office and after contacting their office they did verify additional pymt was received and I had a credit balance of $149.50 I requested the refund in October as of this date no refund, I called the office today and was informed that my refund was $49.50 5

Such an easy and worry free process. Booking an appointment was quick and I was able to be squeezed in same day. Everyone from the receptionists, to the assistants, to the dentist are incredibly friendly and put you at ease. I have been going to that practice my entire life and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing, everyone was kind, helpful and friendly. They did a great job and great service.

Cleaning and personnel were good. I am put off by the price increases on plan, routine services and the crown estimate. Very pricey! Also, I was told an I would be emailed the crown estimate, but I have seen it come through.

10/2024 I rated this dentist's office on the following. The engagement of the front dest receptionists 4☆ The esthetics of the waiting room They have soothing music playing and an awesome smelling environment. 5☆ The esthetics of the treatment rooms They have the same music from the waiting area an awesome smell thru the whole facility. My hygienist, Michelle, performed the most gentlest cleaning procedure I ever had. 5☆ She was an excellent conversationalist 5☆ This is my 1st time rating a dental practice. My last dentist from 1998 google ratings didn't exist. I am happy with my decision. 10/25 I still very happy with this offices staff and procedures.

The staff are all so professional and nice. Sometimes a visit to the dentist is stressful, but from the moment you walk in until the moment you check out, everyone does their best to put you at ease. The care is top notch every time.

They always take great care of us! So friendly and welcoming. My 7 year old loves going to the dentist and even helps out when it’s my turn.

Al way a great experience with the technicians and the doc!! Would and do always recommend highly!
