Tension spring broke on the garage door overnight, Reyes Garage Door showed up and knocked the repair out in half an hour with excellent customer service as an added bonus! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

I found Reyes Garage door through a google search after a spring had broken on a Sunday evening around 5pm. I wasn’t expecting any service until Monday but I called and Jose said he would be here within 20 minutes. Jose and his son showed up on time; looked at the situation and gave me a quote for the repair. They were very efficient and were able to complete the replacement of both springs within the hour. Jose and his son were very professional and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. Reyes garage door will be my go to company for all my garage door needs from now on!

Sometimes, the angels smile down from heaven and provide us with welcome solutions. The night before we called Reyes Garage Door, our garage door had jumped off-track and was dangling at a diagonal angle. A rail was severely bent, a wheel had popped off the corner of the door, and the locking mechanism was damaged beyond repair. Reyes Garage Door arrived early the next morning, and quickly got to work. Within about 30 minutes, everything was fixed and freshly lubricated. Incredibly, the price for the work was very reasonable. I will definitely call these guys again if we run into any troubles in the future.

Cannot recommend Jose and his company enough. I called at noon and they were at my location by 2pm same day to replace our broken garage spring. My garage door broke suddenly and after getting quoted for various different services that ran up to over $1,000, I reached out to Reyes Garage Door. Their prices were fair, they were patient and helpful over the phone and the next morning, Jose and his son came out to install a new garage door opener unit. Installation was quick and professional, and Jose recommended a few maintenance services for next time. I really appreciate how helpful he was and how all of our interactions felt genuine, transparent, and not like he was trying to push a service. The other company that quoted me wanted all sorts of replacements and maintenance on my door that I didn't need! I will definitely be reaching back out to Reyes Garage Door in the future. Great job by Reyes Garage Doors and very responsive. He arrived at the scheduled time and finished in less than an hour. The price was reasonable and he helped me with my warranty company to get them tied into the replacement process. Reyes Garage Door deserves a 5 Star rating.
