I have worked with Revolution on a number of different events, over the course of a decade, from weddings to corporate holiday parties. You can't beat their existing inventory but they can also make custom pieces for you too! Their team is always creative and helpful both before the event and on site. You will be glad that you worked with them on your special event or celebration!

We contracted with Revolution Events in about November of 2021 for my daughter's wedding in Feb 2022 when another designer fell thru. I live in Chicago, my daughter was in TX and the wedding was in MD. Rosemary was our consultant and she was patient, walked with us through the vision, created idea boards to get the ideas approved and just right, helped us manage the budget and executed on the wedding day with perfection. The oooohhhs and aaahhhs of the guests as they entered the wedding space were the first confirmation. AND my daughter said it was everything she wanted..so that was the final confirmation. Revolution events managed the wedding ceremony and then flipped the some of the same elements to the reception space for continuity. Rosemary knocked it out of the park. The photos I added don't do the spaces they created justice. I was just too excited to take " the right" photos.

Revolution was recommended by our wedding venue & I was super excited to work with them. I reached out via email back in February and spoke with someone on the phone about what I was looking for (full-service wedding decoration/lighting/+more). Well, 2 months went by and I had never received a quote or a reply. My caterer then put me in touch with another person at Revolution, who I had ANOTHER call with and explained it all over again. Here we are, 6 months later, without so much as a general quote, ballpark estimate for services, or courtesy email. They may just be overwhelmed, but it's extremely bad customer service to ignore potential clients who are wanting to spend $$$.

Wow! Erin could not have been a more helpful event planner! I was so stressed in the lead-up to my event and her calm, efficient, creative personality immediately put me at ease. I would recommend Revolution Events to anyone from Maryland to Australia and beyond!

The company must be good to work with if they answer you. I reached out to this company since my wedding venue recommended them for a bar setup. I called the contact they gave who me told me to email him. All I asked was for pricing and photos if possible. I have followed up 5 times for about 20 days now. I reached out to their main number on Monday and the girl who picked up told me no one would be there until Tuesday and they typically take 24 hours to respond. Well, it's Thursday now and they still haven't gotten back to me. At this point I'm not surprised. I thought perhaps my little bar setup wasn't enough for them to care but that is just awful customer service.

Amazing event design starts with Daniel Tippett at Revolution Event Design & Production. We've seen his work first hand at DC Studio Rental @Photogroup for years and it's always top notch. He has clever ideas and great resources.

Contacting the customer service is a doozy. The first time I called, the call was disconnected after I was supposedly transferred. From then on, every time I have called I have been forwarded to voicemail. Say if I were a potential employee or client calling, why would I want to work for or with a company that makes it a hassle to speak to someone that can answer a concern or question?

Extremely talented design and production team and very professional! Highly recommend this team for any social affair or corporate event!
