I have a property I bought as an investment home for my elderly in-laws to live in.. The house came w a solar panel system on the roof and it was working fine for about 3 years.. then we discovered the company that sold the system had gone under and was no longer monitoring or servicing our system any longer. The system stoped working and I started calling solar panel companies to find a servicer. I got Thomas’ name as a referral from a company that only installed new systems instead of fixing existing systems.. I called him and he ACTUALLY ANSWERED his phone! 📞(I never get a live person.. it’s always some AI or automated attendant or worse yet VM..) I explained have an older system that was not covered by any maintenance and the company that sold it to the previous owner if the house is no longer in business. It stopped working and had all kinds of flashing lights and errors on the systems lcd screen. Thomas asked for a pic of the screen, recognized what the issue was, scheduled a date to come look at it and give me an estimate.. The location of the house is very rural.. a good 15 miles from town on a dirt road in Maricopa AZ… He showed up when he said he would, fixed the system and I WAS SHOCKED at how affordable he was. He made some additional recommendations after inspecting my system and sent me an estimate.. again.. super affordable! Called Revive to diagnose and fix our old system that threw an error. Thomas was there the next morning and, while the fix was simple, he was glad to to do it and answer our questions (without sales pressure) as to what our future options could be with regards to our aged array and inverter. He's definately our Solar Guy.

Reached out to Revive solar on Sunday the 25th not expecting a reply till the following week...Thomas replied that same day!!!!! Not very many businesses do that!!! Was having inverter issues and needed help from someone that I could trust and depend on..Jackpot!!! Thomas is that kind of guy!! Lots of communication back and forth on what was going on with my solar system...He and his partner came out to my house on Tuesday with a new inverter and installed...Told me what it would cost and the price he quoted was the price I paid....This guy know s what he is talking about when it comes to solar systems..He walked US through the whole process from start to finish..If anybody needs help or service with your solar system call Revive Solar repair....Thomas is second to none!!!!!!!!

After numerous frustrating calls to different solar companies, I was so relieved to have finally gotten a hold of a company the knew exactly what I was talking about. Thomas was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue over the phone. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will not hesitate to call Revive Solar Repair in the future, might I experience future issues. Do yourself a favor and call them first!

My dad reached out to Thomas about a week ago because we were having problems with our solar panels, which were already in place when we purchased our house, so we did not know much about them. He was very attentive the whole time and answered our text messages or calls whenever we needed it. He was very patient with us and helped us throughout the whole process. Their service is very affordable and fair. They ended up fixing our problem within a week saving us lots of money. We are very grateful with Thomas and the company for their wonderful service. I would recommend other people to reach out to them for any problems with their solar panels.

I called Revive trying to get information on a system that was actually installed by Solgen, a company no longer in existence. I needed proof of install on a roof that was part of the solar installation. Of course, since Solgen is defunct, Thomas, the very nice person whom I spoke with at Revive could not provide that information. Thomas was extremely helpful even so. He gave me lots of ideas of avenues to pursue. I truly appreciated his knowledge and assistance. Avery positive experience.

Amazing, HONEST, service. Best pricing! I spoke with Thomas regarding installing bird guard around my solar panels. After sending a couple pictures (and he was able to view my roof through satellite images) he was able to quote me a price over the phone. I was ecstatic as other companies had quoted me much higher prices. Alec was out 3 days later and had it finished in a few hours. Communication throughout the process was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

I called Thomas on the 24th of October he spent at least 2 to 3 hours diagnosing the issue and eliminating all of the possiblities. He finally landed on a defective inverter. He was able to order another inverter to replace the one that Sun Power installed initially back in 2013. It should have been under warranty, but Sun Power went belly up back in 2024. He got the same inverter, with a 10 year warranty. This replacement work was done the following week and everything is working just fine. I felt that his charges for the diagnostic work was reasonable, $250. When Thomas return to switch out the inverter, it took two guys about 2 to 2.5 hours and that charge was higher, it would have been nice if it was still under warranty, but no such luck. All and all I would not hesitate to recommend Revive Solar Repair. Thomas is the owner of the company and he is MORE than capable and reasonable.
