Chase is my favorite trainer I have worked with! He is very knowledgeable on proper lifting form and all aspects of personal training. He helped me build weight lifting foundations that I use in all my lifts to avoid injury and build muscle more quickly. On top of being an excellent trainer, he is also an excellent person - fun to spend time with while working on your fitness goals and he is great at listening as well. He made me feel very comfortable from the very first session we worked together.

I can honestly say working with Chase is the single best investment (both time and money!) in my health and fitness I’ve ever made. I absolutely loved working with Chase! In six months of training with him multiple times a week, I experienced significant increases in my strength, stamina, and belief in myself. Chase understood and helped clarify my goals, and prioritized teaching me *how* I should move, not just simply telling me what to do. And above all, he’s simply a kind, funny, caring human - exactly who you want in your corner to motivate and guide you!

Chase is an excellent personal trainer and an overall wonderful, kind human being. He listens to your goals, asks follow-up questions, and is a gifted motivator. I’m a middle-aged woman and was a little intimidated to work with a personal trainer for the first time, but I felt at ease immediately upon meeting with Chase. He customized my workouts to my fitness level and helped me progress to the strongest I’ve ever been in my life. Chase is also well read and keeps up with all of the latest research and is able to talk about it in a tangible and relevant way. His passion for personal training and fitness is contagious. You can tell he truly loves what he does and enjoys working with all types of people.

Chase revived my motivation for better fitness and to lose weight for better health. If you are in Denver, Colorado metro area you can't beat Chase's expertise. My first session with Chase I learned more about proper form to get better workout results, diet and nutrition made simple than I ever have from any other personal trainer. Easy, simple, clear. If you are looking to get in better shape and invest in your health, I highly recommend you contact Chase to see what he can do to help you accelerate your progress and get results without the frustration and mystery and noise that is out there that creates confusion.

Chase is a fantastic trainer a a great guy. He is methodical and thorough in his approach and does an excellent job teaching how to do exercises “right” to avoid injury and attain maximum benefit. He creates excellent programs and teaches good habits that have had a major improvement on my overall health and fitness.

About 3 months ago, as the dread of turning 40 soon began to take hold, I decided that I should probably start taking steps to not die. I’ve never been particularly athletic and the last time I really had done any kind of actual workout was about 25 years ago and only because I was being yelled at by an underpaid PE teacher. I got a membership to Vasa and had AI build me a very generic 4 day workout routine. And it worked well enough to give me some kind of goal posts and it got me going to the gym consistently. After about 3 weeks, while finishing a workout, I decided that I was actually starting to enjoy it and thought maybe I should pay someone who actually knows what they are doing to help me refine and strengthen my routine. Lo and behold, I saw Chase’s post on Reddit when I got home about an hour later. He was immediately responsive and spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone with me, talking about my diet and current routine and ideas of what we could alter to make it more effective. We were able to meet at Vasa a few days later, he showed up right on time, was super friendly and most importantly THIS GUY KNOWS HIS SHIT. He clearly listens and pays attention, rather than jumping to just tell you what he thinks you should do. We spent a good amount of time working on my form for exercises that I was already doing, but then also eliminated some redundancies and learned some new workouts to replace them. My workouts immediately became much more difficult, it turns out these things are more challenging when you actually do them correctly. But they also became more rewarding and you can feel the effectiveness. Chase is especially good at demonstrating and conveying what proper form should FEEL like and it is extraordinarily helpful. After just a couple very focused and reasonably priced sessions, I have been continuing to go to the gym but now with much more confidence and with a sense of real accomplishment. The benefits can be felt and seen. I have a great routine now but still plan on hooking up with chase every now and then to check up on my progress and improve on things. You would be doing yourself a huge disservice if you pass up the opportunity to at least have one or two sessions with Chase, I could not recommend him enough.

Chase is by far the best personal trainer around! His approach is both motivating and challenging. I always left our sessions feeling like I had learned so much, with the confidence to go out and do things on my own. He is truly one of a kind—so friendly, yet definitely tough when it comes to helping you reach your goals. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
