RevitaRUGS - Rug Cleaning and Restoration

I bought a white Viscose rug from Restoration Hardware last year and I spilled some red wine a few weeks ago. I was very mad since I had a viscose rug in the past and when I had it washed from a local company, they completely damaged the rug. I looked online from a different solution and found revitaRUGS. They are probably the only company that can wash bamboo silk. The rug looks like new when returned.

I bought a very expensive rug from ABC Carpet and sent it 4 years ago from a different rug cleaner to have it washed. The rug returned as if it was never cleaned. After looking at the reviews and a few articles online, I decided to try revitarugs this time and I have to admit that they did a great job. The rug is shiny again like the first day I bought it. We were fortunate to inherit a very old, beautiful handmade oriental rug. After many years of my young kids and dog beating on the rug it began to look very weathered and not smell very good. I was afraid to bring this to a typical rug cleaner so I did some research to find someone that I felt comfortable with. revitaRUGS was that company. Their cleaning process is not only state of the art with no chemicals, but their customer service was outstanding. The results were better than I ever imagined! Not only did the rug come back looking and smelling brand new, but it felt incredibly soft to walk on again. We are so thankful that we found revitaRUGS and recommend them highly. YAY!  My favorite (irreplaceable!) rug just returned home after being cleaned. We are very pleased with the cleaning job the technicians at RevitaRugs did for our carpet. We have had this Persian, all silk rug for more than 30 years in the family and when we decided to send it for cleaning, we did an online search in the country, to find the best place for carpet cleaning. RevitaRugs is without a doubt the finest rug cleaner I have ever used. We were most impressed with the detail they went over everything before starting and what we could expect. Our beautiful Persian Tabriz rug had a wine stain, and the local rug cleaner returned it to us in worse shape than it left our house. The wine stain was still there and the colors/dyes were all mixed in several areas. This Persian rug had been in our family for several decades and we were extremely disappointed. I was researching rug cleaners everywhere, when I came across revita. They asked me to e-mail photos, and then gave me a price to fix it. The salesman told me I don’t have to pay, if the wine stain is not removed, and the colors fixed. Being very attached to the rug, we accepted to ship the rug to them. The results were stunning, wine stain gone, dyes fixed; and I had totally forgotten our rug had silk highlight! Our Tabriz looks brand new and we are very happy with this company. We highly recommend them.

I have used them twice so far. Most recently, they did a remarkable job on my brand new off white silk rug which was stained with red wine. There is no stain and my rug is soft and shinny. They told me the fiber of my rug was actually viscose and not natural silk, both very hard to clean. Claimed it was their especially.....well they sure proved it to me. I will definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with Revita. We asked them to clean four rugs for us, one being our antique Sarough and all of them came back absolutely beautiful!! The Sarough is over 100 years old and they repaired the fringe completely along with the binding and fixed some bare spots as well and you would never know it. They matched colors and did an absolutely amazing job! They all look and feel so clean and soft, I want to walk barefoot all the time now. I feel especially good that they don't use harsh chemicals, so those aren't in my home. The rugs were picked up and delivered back right on the promised day, too, with the guys being very patient to place them exactly where I wanted them. I have no reservations in fully recommending Revita for care of your delicate and favorite rugs.

I had a 8x17 area rug that was in desperate need of cleaning. I found RevitaRugs on IG and was amazed at their work. I decided to give them a try. I will be completely honest... They blew whatever expectations I had out of the water. They are AMAZING...! The only thing you can say when you get your rug back is "Wow." RevitaRugs are the Gold Standard of their profession, seriously. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and will ONLY allow them to clean my rugs.

My rug is called "little field of flowers" by Nanimarquina, and I fell in love with it at first sight. Well, rugs do get dirty, despite my no shoes inside the house policy! The only rug cleaner their Showroom in New York recommended was revita rugs. Sending it to revita was not an issue, however; I was worried about the flowers and how it would turn out. My gorgeous rug was cleaned like new, I am extremely pleased with their services and will recommend them too.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the wonderful experience I had with RevitaRugs. I was staying at a friend's place in NYC while he was gone for a business trip, and I accidentally spilled a coffee cup on the living room carpet. Thinking it wasn't a big deal, I called up my friend to apologize and let him know that I would have bought him a new one. However, he informed me that the carpet in question was a hand-knotted Chobi Peshawar rug worth a little north of a thousand dollars. I freaked out, and after a quick google search I decided to call RevitaRugs. I was incredibly surprised by their kindness and their affordable pricing. When the Revita associate came to pick up the carpet, he asked me if I was interested in adding a "stain protection" to avoid damaging the carpet again in the future. Although the rug wasn't mine, I decided to add the extra protection as a gift to the friend who had hosted me, as I felt extremely bad about the damage I had done. When the carpet came back, the stain was COMPLETELY gone. Not only that!! I almost couldn't recognize the carpet at first after all the years of accumulated dust were removed from its surface, allowing for the colors to return to their original tone. Upon my friend's return, he jokingly said that he was "grateful for my clumsiness" because without that incident his carpet would have never looked so good! TL;DR: Fast, reliable, high quality and affordable service. Highly recommended.
