I wasn’t expecting the greatness of service we received and would recommend Rever Golf Cars to anyone in the market for a golf car. My wife wanted a golf cart so we decided to make a visit to Revel Golf Cars at their Gran Bay Pkwy location in Jacksonville, FL. because they were the only golf cart dealer that was advertised as open after 2pm on a Saturday. This was on 22 November 2025. We ended up purchasing a 2026 Star EV J-Model Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). The lady working, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, was happy to stick around after hours to complete the sale. She ran into some technical difficulties with her computer system and Alex completed the transaction with me on that Monday online and he had Craig deliver my cart later that afternoon. Craig went over the different functions of the cart and said that for the first 3-4 charges, the range of the Lithium battery would not be that great but would improve to its full potential. During my test drive and the first day or two I noticed that the brakes were tight and would be smoking after a short ride. Not being familiar with golf carts, I thought this was just a break in of the pads. Then on my 3rd ride the cart wouldn’t go over 19 mph and the power output was maxed out. I called on Monday 01 December 2025 and talked to Alex to explained what was happening and he said he would have one of his technicians come out to my house and look at it on Wednesday 03 December. He arrived and apologized as he did not get a chance to thoroughly look the cart over and address any maintenance needs or adjustments before it was sold. He made an adjustment to the brake linkage, as it was adjusted by the manufacturer too tight and was constantly applying pressure to the brakes. Took it for another test run and the brake system was working properly. He stated if I ran into any further issues, don’t hesitate to call them back. On Thursday 04 December 2025 Alex text me saying my plates came in and are ready for pick up. I went to their Atlantic Beach warehouse and was pleasantly surprised that my license plate and title were given to me. I thought I was receiving a temporary tag. I still haven’t received my tag and title to my new car I purchased the week prior on 15 November 2025. Alex and his team have gone above and beyond with their service they provided my wife and I. It’s rare to find businesses today with customer service as a priority.
