I have never had such a positive experience at a nail salon before. She had amazing technique. I felt like I was watching an ASMR video 100% recommend coming here. It is slightly pricier than other salons I have been to but you get what you pay for and I can honestly say, I felt amazing leaving. I didn’t even have to ask her to cut my cuticles for acrylic set. Plus she massaged my hands.

Had an amazing experience at Retreat Salon. The place is very welcoming, they play calming music and offer you drinks as soon as you sit down. They off tea, water, coffee and give off excellent service and a comforting vibe. Chloe is kind and thoughtful when she was working with me and is very careful when she was giving me my manicure. Chloe did such an amazing job, they lasted the whole month. If you are looking for a nail salon, I recommend this one, it is amazing. I will be coming back soon!

retreat salon is the best! i had chloe and she did amazing on my gel extensions. she is very careful and works hard to make sure my nails are perfect. highly recommend!

I absolutely love retreat salon!! I always come here for my nails: gel extension, classic manicure, gel manicure and pedicure. They always last forever and look so perfect and pretty. They have amazing colors and a great stylist for hair as well. Chloe does a great cut and blowout!! Recently had my hair highlighted and it was the perfect color I wanted achieved with no bleach 🙌🏽

Great experience here for my first time. Got my nails done and I loved the people here. Very kind and generous. Would go again for sure!

Awful manicure — I even paid extra for the paraffin and ginger oil and it still felt like I was being rushed out the door. had to ask multiple times to correct things as well

I’ve been going here for the past year and I absolutely love getting my nails done by Chloe! She’s amazing at what she does but today I came in and Chloe was not there today so I asked the lady that attended me if she was able to do a design I showed her and she said yes so I was happy. As she’s doing the design she’s rushing and spreading the nail polish everywhere. She shows me the design and it looks nothing like the inspo pic. I politely tell her no it’s okay, we can do a simply red French tip instead and she said okay. As she’s doing them she’s rushing these as well and instead of fence tips they’re looking like V’s and I show her a picture of how I would like them more like a U and she does them and continues to spread the red nail polish on the sides of my fingers because she is rushing. I started getting upset because I’ve been a very loyal customer to retreat salon but after today it was enough for me to change salons. The French tips look chunky and not at all what I showed her the second time . I love to do my nails and love to show them off but this set really did disappoint me.

This nail salon was extremely discriminatory. This was my first time going to the nail salon and when I walked in no one wanted to do my nails. The lady who did my nails told me the other nail techs were talking about me saying they were scared to do my nails and how no one wanted to do them. The lady that did my acrylic full set did it horribly, like she had never done acrylic before. They also made me pay with Venmo rather than credit card because they racially profiled me, thinking I wouldn’t pay for the service. Horrible place. Would not recommend if you are a person of color. My acrylic is super lump and uneven as seen in the photo

I highly recommend this nail salon! They consistently do a great job, and the establishment is always clean and welcoming. My favorite nail artist, Chloe, is exceptional, especially with GelX nails. The pedicures are fantastic too, featuring a relaxing hot stone massage. If you're looking for a top-notch nail salon experience, this is the place to go!
