First time having a great experience at a nail salon and luckily, today they changed to new, more modern chairs that are very comfortable and healing. I am very satisfied with the service here. Today I came to have pedicure gel and medicure gel , then they also massaged my hands and feet. Today the person who calmed me down was a very enthusiastic Helen . This was a great experience. I will come here many times in the future and will become a loyal customer of this salon. I like it so much .

I can’t say enough good things about this salon — it’s truly my favorite. I almost want to keep it top secret but that wouldn’t be fair because Chole is incredibly kind, so talented, and always takes such great care of me. She always finds time to fit me in. Every single time I sit in her chair, I walk out with the most perfect nails. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the experience is always relaxing and fun! These are an OPI red dip with a cat-eye finish, and I’m obsessed!! If you’re looking for beautiful nails and an even better vibe, Chole is the best. Highly recommend!

The salon was clean and relaxing, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beautiful nails! If you want it shorter, more casual, or more luxury-sounding, just tell me.

Had such a great experience at Retreat Salon for some last minute appointment for my friend and I. We were super lucky to find out that they just replaced their spa chairs this morning and they were SO nice!! Helen did a wonderful pedicure and Chloe did a fantastic manicure! We’ll be back for sure!

Retreat Salon is my go-to for my nails. They have lovely services, and all of the technicians are dedicated to making sure everything is perfect. Tammy, Cathy, Linda, and Taylor know me by name and make sure I am well taken care of. The ambience is relaxing, and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hi, my daughter and I had the best experience at Retreat Salon. Chloe, Helen and Tammy took care of us and they were wonderful. My nails were severely damaged from overfilling from gel polish. Chloe recommended doing dip to strengthen the nails and the removal process is much less invasive. All three of them took great care of us and the salon has new massage chairs which were delightful. They even sent us home with lotion as a gift for the holidays. I highly recommend these women and the salon.

Great nail salon in downtown Redwood City! Linda does an amazing job with pedicures. And Chloe is a genius in putting on my “Dip powder” manicure. I have been going to this salon for the past three years and they are very professional and very helpful. As an added bonus, the salon just got brand new massaging pedicure chair. Very comfortable!! 🎉

I’ve seen Chloe multiple times now for gel builder nails, and she always does such an excellent job! She’s meticulous, skilled and is gentle, and the hand massage at the end is always so nice. This salon has become my go-to for a manicure. The salon is cute and comfortable, and I always leave happy with how my nails turned out. Highly recommend!
