from the moment I called the office to make an appointment I received nothing but kindness and respect. The people in the office when I went in for my visit were so kind and helpful. All the testing was done quickly, professionally, and with great care. Dr. Echegaray was very thorough and listened intently to my concerns and symptoms. My visit to this office was great from beginning to end. Staff were courteous and friendly the entire time. Doctor Echegaray was knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed my problem and then he allowed me ample time for questions and answers. I feel fortunate to have found this practice and I do highly recommend.

This is my 6th procedure and the quality and care still the best I have seen, even my friend who was not sure and scared the first time the great staff and amazing doctor won her over in the first visit. It is so nice if you have to see a doctor to go with trusting heart and know that will leave with clear answers and best results, I can never thank them enough for all they do.

The front office staff is wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Great compliment to the Dr C and his staff who are very knowledgeable with those computer systems for eye evals.

Dr. Echegaray and his entire staff were wonderful to me through my entire experience. I had a rare problem and I’m so glad I was referred to Dr. Echegaray. He is the only doctor in central Florida capable of giving me the care I received. He literally saved my life by removing a melanoma from my iris. I would definitely recommend Retina Consultants or Orlando to anyone needing specialized care for their eyes.

They took me in immediately on an emergency situation. Staff is excellent and caring. The surgeon was willing to work into the evening to take care of me. Follow up and results have been great.

I got a call during early in the morning on a weekend to reschedule my appointment time. Doctor was good and the young lady, Anais, that scheduled my appointment and checked me in was great. She was going to also help me checking out since check out was empty and manager was on her phone in the back. All good until this other employee arrives suddenly from behind me, cutting us off to get the papers saying that she would help me instead. That was rude and showed a lack of commitment and organization from that other employee…
