We are an Ophthalmology practice, specialized in Retinal care, serving the Central FL region. Our office is conveniently located in Altamonte Springs.
Our Retina specialist, Dr. Jose J. Echegaray, is a Board-certified Ophthalmologist and is fellowship-trained in Retinal Surgery and Ocular Oncology.
Our expertise includes the latest therapies for diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusions, flashes and floaters, retinal tears, retinal detachment, uveitis, and secondary intraocular lens placement. In addition, we serve patients with ocular tumors, such as uveal melanoma, choroidal nevi, vascular tumors, intraocular metastatic disease, and vitreoretinal lymphoma.

Dr Echegaray is outstanding. Explains everything in detail. Compassionate, patient and kind to his patients. The staff loves him too. Happy staff makes for a great practice. When you have a boss like Dr Echegaray you enjoy going to work. I would recommend Dr Echegaray to anyone who has eye issues!

From my first phone call the staff was wonderful. Very polite and helpful. I wasn’t given an appointment 3 months from now like other doctor offices, they got me in less than a week.
Dr Echegaray was so kind, knowledgeable, thorough. He took the time to listen to my long complicated list of eye issues and explained each one. He never once rushed me. I can not say enough wonderful things about this doctor
