This recent project began as a water loss in a customer’s home. During the mitigation process, testing revealed asbestos-containing materials in the affected area. Our team at Restoration 1 of West Denver and Aurora quickly set up full containment, HEPA filtration, and negative air pressure to safely remove the hazardous materials.
Asbestos abatement is a critical step in older properties when damage exposes hidden building materials. Proper containment prevents cross-contamination, while certified crews follow all Colorado Regulation 8 and EPA standards to ensure safety for the homeowner and our team.
