I found mold in my HVAC and contacted this company to help clean this out. The owner had Lizzy come out and gave us a quote about 2 days later, but didn’t have their plan of work. I emailed Lizzy back to make sure mold treatment would be included with the cleaning. She didn’t answer. I emailed again a few days later and again, no response. This unprofessionalism made me take my business elsewhere. While their quote seemed reasonable, I don’t know why she would send a quote with no information on the work they plan to complete and then ignore me when I asked for it (suspicious). I had explained multiple times that I am pregnant and needed the work done ASAP. They wasted my time.

Lizzy and Tony did a fantastic job at my home. They were both professional, knowledgeable and provided updates as they worked. I highly recommend them.

Our pipes burst on January 17th and flooded our den, bedroom and bedroom closets. We called Restoration 1 and they were able to come to our rescue within 30 minutes and started the clean up process. They were kind and professional and followed up with us everyday to make sure our floors were drying to prevent mold and then removed the carpet for us. They helped make this inconvenient situation less devastating and followed up with the documentation needed for our insurance company. I would highly recommend them for any need - residential and commercial.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. They are my go to for any restoration needs for my student housing property. The responsive time is typically same day unless they have another major project going on but Justin will try his best to fit you in on the schedule.
