WOW!! I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a better team during a difficult time. The response from Travis and Phil was immediate! They had a crew to our house within a few hours. Ryan, Chris and Aiden were OUTSTANDING! They took care of things as quickly as possible and with great care and professionalism!! Thank you all so very much!

Unfortunately we did not end up going with this company solely due to another company also remedying our asbestos. But they quoted us honestly and discussed each and every step of the process and also were honest in helping us know that Mr.Molds pricing was absolutely outrageous and not at all solutions to remedying the mild in our home! Cannot recommend them enough for their honesty, time, patience and expertise on the concerns of our home! Thank you Restoration 1 and Phil!

My experience with Restoration 1 and Phil was unbelievable. I really wish he would have been the first company I spoke with because it would have saved me time and money. Phil and team were wildly responsive and got me taken care of quick when I was in a pinch. Additionally, they were very cost effective. I would recommend them above and beyond any company in this service type.

I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Travis and the whole team. Phil came out right away after I called them and assessed the situation. Right after that the team showed up led by Ryan who was awesome. These guys got right to work and started taking care of the situation. They are all very hard workers and really made a terrible situation a lot less stressful. They also helped me with going through my items to make sure everything was safe and protected while things were being worked on. I am so grateful to all of them for everything they did to help me!

What a great team. From start to finish Restoration 1 did a great job. Phil came shortly after being contacted and explained the process in detail. Shortly after that Aiden came to set up air purification equipment and the next day the work began. Each day they were on time and very professional. They kept us well informed during each step of the process. Katie and Dave did an excellent job removing all of the affected items from our home. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services.

Travis and his team are fantastic to work with! They have brought us in on several jobs to rebuild the home after they have to remove damaged material. They are always responsive, communicative, and just all-around excellent people to work with.

Had some work done in my basement closet and they were quick and very professional.

Restoration 1 did some mold remediation in my attic. We had a problem with our ventilation that we did not know about, and we had some mold developing. Restoration 1 quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. Their guys communicated with my wife and I throughout the project. I would highly recommend Travis and his crew. Our attic looks great now.

If anyone is in need of any type of restoration (water damage, mold, fire etc), I highly recommend this company. We were unfortunate (like many others) as the culvert in front of our house has not been maintained and adding the severe storm created our entire front yard to go under water. Causing all the water to backflow into our home. Restoration 1 and Travis/Phil were wonderful! The team out of Grass Lake were effective, professional, courteous and fast at helping us resolve our nightmare. My basement is now dry and I can rest knowing it has been treated so no mold will be growing. Highly recommend!
