I had a roof leak and water was coming down from the ceiling . and there was mold Jacob and his team responding quickly and make sure to walk me through the entire process so I felt comfortable . I would definitely recommend him and his team To anyone who is experiencing water damage or mold.

Mark is extremely nice and helpful. He is easy to work with and very understanding. I had mold in my bathroom and hallway and was really freaking out, but Mark was patient and carefully explained the process to me. Then I was really worried about the cost, but Mark worked with me and the price was reasonable. The team worked with my schedule, they are extremely professional and polite. They did way more clean up and fixing than I could have ever imagined. I am happy to say that my home is completely mold free. It smells so fresh and Mark and his team left my home in excellent condition. I don't have enough words to thank them. I am a very happy customer. So thankful for Restoration 1 of Denton! We were having issues with black mold due to a leak in our wall. Mark came out and assessed everything, before, he sat us down and talked about the removal process/everything he was going to do. He was knowledgeable, on time and worked with our schedule, and was thorough with the removal/cleanup. We will definitely be using Restoration 1, again, for our other house projects!
