We discovered a leak that damaged several parts of our ceiling on a Friday afternoon leading into a holiday weekend. I called and initially spoke with Lisa. She reassured me that they would be able to help get us taken care of, guide us through the process, and get someone out ASAP. Terry showed up to our home less than an hour later. He tested some areas and told us we would have a quote before the end of the day and that he could be back out the following morning if everything looked good to us. He came, did all of the demo, got us set up, checked the process of drying and completed everything in a few days. He was confident, knowledgeable and very easy to get in contact with. The team was a well oiled machine and we would use them again in the future.

. We had an A/C pan overflow that caused extensive damage. Restoration 1 came out to our house within 30 minutes of being called. Jordan was the service technician and he did a very thorough job of assessing the situation quickly, removing the damaged sheetrock, setting up the fans and cleaning up after. He came back daily to check the progress. Upon removing the equipment, Jordan did a great job of covering the ceilings with heavy plastic until the builders can begin renovation. I highly recommend them.
