We walked into the store late one evening looking for a Mattress From the time we entered till we left, Mr.Ramesh and Viru gave us his undivided attention and patiently answered all the (innumerable) questions we had, which even involved testing the cot out by lying on it, and measuring it to know the exact dimensions. We were happy with the experience and the product, and ended up ordering it as well. Overall, it was a great experience with an excellent product and a fantastic salesman Ramesh and Viru 🙏👍

Overall experience in terms of customer service, ambience was great in Restolex Jaynagar store, The staff is very polite and give a detailed overview on the product for easy decision making. We were helped by Mr.Ramesh and Viru who is very professional. Since our product was not available in store he followed up and kept updating us on the delivery status until we received it. I have been a Restolex customer for over a decade. We have been using their mattresses in all the bedrooms. They are extremely comfortable and firm, essentially good for the back. Recently I visited the Jayanagar showroom to replace one of the old mattresses. They provided excellent service, particularly Mr.Virupaksha was very helpful. Since they manufacture in Bangalore you can order custom sizes. I would strongly recommend them.

This jaynagar showroom provided one of the best experiences for purchasing of mattress. Virupaksha was knowledgeable and also advised on our needs. When when we placed order they mentioned standard size will be delivered within a day and odd size 2 or 3 days. It was amazing that they delivered the standard sizes and the odd size within day. They will come to house and take measurements to provide best fit. We used for past 2days. It's great experience as the matress is very comfortable.
