Refuses to give confirmation of mediation letter/email sent. This is something required in case I need to take it to court as an required exhibit for my affidavit. When I insisted, I was told she will no longer proceed. I assume this is the case as she was very vague and didn't say if the other party declined or if she was just not proceeding due to me insisting on knowing what she said to my husband or a copy of the letter emailed to him. Very unprofessional and vague and selective responses. Also, I called and asked thru voicemail and when I tried to call again, I noticed it would just go straight to voicemail. Which would indicate that she blocked me which is strange considering I was never rude to her, only looking for answers.
