We had the pleasure to recently work w/ Rescue Roofing Construction (RRC), and we are very satisfied w/ the outcome of our roof project. Rescue Roofing Construction's quality of work & professionalism is unmatched! I admit that I initially had some reservations in dealing w/ another contractor after experiencing a recent "nightmare" w/ my home renovation - our reno project was not completely done & my licensed contractor has gradually disappear in the picture. However, Allen (RRC Foreman) gained our trust & restored our confidence to pursue our roof project w/ RRC. We are glad we did. Allen's professionalism was exemplified in his excellent follow through, great communication and clear understanding of the progression of our project. We do appreciate his quick responses & open channels of communication. The roofers themselves are experts in their own skills. They arrived on time, performed efficiently, and had provided safe environment, while working, for both the homeowners and workers. The overall outcome & quality of the project is worth the value and price. We feel that the project is a great investment that we definitely will enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend Rescue Roofing Construction for they worked w/ excellent group of people from the beginning until the end of the project, and most importantly, RRC gives customer satisfaction a priority. We will not hesitate to hire them again.

My house is a two-story house with 2 leaks. I decided to fix on Friday, Next morning they asked 3 workers without their uniform to climb up to the roof and painted some joints with white paint. It took less than 2 hours and they charged me $3,500. However, It rained 3 days later, and the original leakage was still leaking. They came back to check and asked for another $3,500 if I want to fix again, but there was still no guarantee that it would be repaired. If not, the another way is change whole roof, it will cost much more expensive.The truth I thought is they didn't really look for where are leaking, just covered the joints .It is so bad experiences.. During our communication, there is not a single time that you suggest me to wait for a couple of days so I will get a cheaper price. when to fixing is your decision, not me.don't you remember? You are taking advantage of people during the rainy season and scummed me.I still believe there are honest and hard-working professionals that consumers can trust. but you have the audacity to charge me another $3500 to come back to fix your previously unfinished job. In my opinion, this is irresponsible and unfair. Then you can make money again and again by fixing again and again, making me being an ATM?! Every day for the next week, I will use photos, videos and facts to prove your lies and nonsense to show how unprofessional and irresponsible you are. The person who introduced you to my home before introduced me the new workers. I will have to pay new workers $2,500 to repair your irresponsible work. They will work for 7 days. In addition to the leaking roof, they will also paint the interior and replace the damaged parts caused by the leaking rain. They will also guarantee that there will be no problems for at least 2 to 3 years. I would also like to tell you that after checking, the dinner room with the most serious leaks was not the roof, but the cracks on the balcony. You didn't see that at all. This is one of the unprofessional performances. The second unprofessional performance is that when you applied waterproof paint on my roof, you actually applied it on the windows on my side wall, without covering them with protective film at all. For an unprofessional and irresponsible company like yours, which doesn't admit that it didn't do a good job and only cares about making money from customers, there will be no good end. Everyday I hope you to close down and go bankrupt as soon as possible. Look at how greedy you are. The cost of one bucket of waterproof paint , less than 2 hours of work, and the quality is not guaranteed. You ask me to pay $3500.While a truly responsible company would do it for 7 days, and the cost is much higher than yours, but they only need me to pay $2500, and they also guarantee the quality for 2 or 3 years. God will punish your evil soul.

Rescue Roofing did a great job of installing a new tile roof and gutters! There are no more leaks and the patios no longer flood! Eddie was our contractor and job manager and did an especially good job!

The representative was here for 25 minutes. (The appointment was for a hour). He was on his phone for 20 of the 25 minutes talking to someone regarding my roof which he clearly did not know what could be done with my roof leak. He was also very unprofessional. He showed no interest in his work, nor interest in helping me solve my roofing dilemma. He clearly wasted my time.

I used Yelp to find a roofing contractor after multiple calls calls I had 3 estimates lined up from 3 different companies. I had Rescue Roofing come for my last estimate and I was super happy with every step. Eddie who came out to do the inspection was super thorough and explained all the details. He was very trustworthy and super knowledgeable. After I signed all the contracts I was updated every day until the project started. Eddie did an amazing job by making sure his crew did prepping and making sure around the house was tarped and ready for the work. He went ahead and sent me the full updated pictures to all the steps. The job overall took 9 days with all inspection and I am super happy of the work. I would definitely suggest anyone reading this to request for Project manager Eddie because I am super thankful for the work he did on my house. Super appreciative for the hard work on my roof it looks amazing Thank you Rescue Roofing.

Sam was absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier with our new roof and the experience. Rescue did a fantastic job. They were on time, updated me several times per day and all the workers had a good attitude. Clearly, that is a sign that people are happy working with Sam. I would recommend them over and over again!

We recently purchased a house and had some potential issues with some of our roof tiles and the area around our chimney. Alan from Rescue Roofing came out to do a free inspection, and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and honest. He performed a thorough inspection, including checking the roof and taking aerial photos with a drone, as well as climbing into the attic to do an interior inspection. At the end of it all, he informed us that our only concern was the tiles themselves (which we can handle on our own), and that there were no signs of water damage and no major roof work was needed. We are very grateful to Alan and Rescue Roofers for their honesty and integrity, and the valuable information they were able to provide to us about our home. Plus, Alan was just generally courteous and nice to work with. When the day comes that we actually do need roofing work, we will 100% be going back to to Rescue Roofing.
