Rescue Roofing Construction

The recent wind storms this January caused damage to the less than five year old roof on my ADU, we converted to handicapped accessible for my bed bound wife. The damage was directly above our sleeping area, causing us great concern about getting the roof repaired before the next rain. We contacted the contractor in hopes we had some type of warranty, he refused to provide any assistance, leaving us in dire situation. Although, the roof damage was a small area, we were receiving ridiculous estimates. Rescue Roofing, was able to help us out for a fraction of price other roofing companies were giving. Abe, was fantastic in facilitating getting the work done promptly. The job only took one person and matter of only a few hours. The technician matched the shingles so well, I cannot tell a difference. Thank you, Rescue Roofing!

Adam and his team were very helpful. Not only they charge very fairly, but also their quality of work is to be commended. Amazing roof work that completely fixed my leaking issue, on top of that they even helped me eliminated a potential issue as well. After the installment, there were some cracks on the roof indoor. Adam and his team even helped me repair those minor crack damage for free. During the work, his team was very professional about the entire process. The gentlemen kept a trash bag in one hand to catch any potential fallout or dust. Even if there were some mess made accidentally, they cleaned it immediately. After the entire process is finished. One of the workers voluntarily stayed behind and cleaned them all up! I have never seen a team possess this level of professionalism when it comes to hope improve project. Definitely would come back to them if there were any need arise in the future!

Am not sure this company is still in business even though they have a website as they do not answer their business phone and have no answer machine. They did our commercial roof this past June and we have discovered leaks which we are trying to get fixed under warranty. W3 have tried to contact them for a few weeks. I strongly suggest no one use them for any work if they cannot provide warranty work. I also posted this on Yelp.

This is the best roofing company that I've ever used. They are on time and completed the process of replacing the roof on my patio. Adam was always available to answer my questions. Thank you, Rescue Roofing, for a job well done.

We had the pleasure to recently work w/ Rescue Roofing Construction (RRC), and we are very satisfied w/ the outcome of our roof project. Rescue Roofing Construction's quality of work & professionalism is unmatched! I admit that I initially had some reservations in dealing w/ another contractor after experiencing a recent "nightmare" w/ my home renovation - our reno project was not completely done & my licensed contractor has gradually disappear in the picture. However, Allen (RRC Foreman) gained our trust & restored our confidence to pursue our roof project w/ RRC. We are glad we did. Allen's professionalism was exemplified in his excellent follow through, great communication and clear understanding of the progression of our project. We do appreciate his quick responses & open channels of communication. The roofers themselves are experts in their own skills. They arrived on time, performed efficiently, and had provided safe environment, while working, for both the homeowners and workers. The overall outcome & quality of the project is worth the value and price. We feel that the project is a great investment that we definitely will enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend Rescue Roofing Construction for they worked w/ excellent group of people from the beginning until the end of the project, and most importantly, RRC gives customer satisfaction a priority. Honest and Quality work! I will be using rescue roofing construction, for all my future roofing needs. Our foreman Allen, was respectful, knowledgeable, and communicative. We got picture text updates after each day of work. He did inform us about rotting wood where our house connects to our aluminum patio. Allen answered all of our questions and we were able to make an informed decision. Overall, the job was started and finished quickly with no complaints on our end!

My parents needed help finding roofers that could assess and fix or replace their 17+ year old roof so their insurance can get renewed. I didn’t know much about it and decided to turn to Yelp. I went through ‘Yelp Guaranteed’ because of the $2500 coverage using their ‘request quote’ system. Glad I did - received quotes within minutes - more than I needed actually! Rescue Roofing was top 5 on there and were one of the first ones to reply on a Friday so we set up a Free inspection for the coming Monday. Allen and Mike showed up on time at my parents’ residence ready for the inspection - they took their time with it and were super professional but casual in the way they handled themselves. I already paid for a quote from another roofer but these dudes came prepared to show me exactly what they saw and why they thought we needed a new roof. They gave me a quote, showed me materials and guided me through the entire process of roof replacement - from the financing to contracts, inspections, what to expect and a very specific timeline which was super helpful since it was a busy time for me. Most importantly they did it without any of the typical salesman pitch, pressure and posturing. Show the customer all the facts, your product and what your service can offer and let them decide! Because of the confidence I had in Allen and Mike we made a decision that night and signed docs the next day. They started the process that week and kept me in the loop about their schedule and the whole thing was done in about a week and a half. From beginning to end we knew what to expect and was never in the dark and that made the difference. Roof looks great and my parents have peace of mind that they made a wise decision and a sound investment going with the good people at Rescue Roofing. Thanks again Allen and Mike!

My mom and i hired Greg and his team to replace our roof because that is what we were told was needed. After an initial inspection, he was able to see that the roof could in fact be saved and just needed a few shingles replaced and some mastic installed around a few pipes or vents. We were getting ready spend over $25k with one of multiple highly rated companies until we met Greg and his team. They charged a tenth of what the other guys were proposing and got the job done in 2 days with some a final coat of mastic that was put on the 4 th day. Its been two months and now and with all of the rains that have come through over the last few weeks, our roof has not leaked and the interior of my home is bone dry! I highly recommend Greg and his team at Rescue Roofing!

The response time was amazing. Adam showed up when scheduled. Came in assessed the situation and was able to tell it was not my roof. My rain gutters were clogged. He was able to unclog the one area that was flooding the room. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend Adam and Rescue Roofing Construction. Also it was a pleasure working with Blanca in the office.

It would seem that Greg and rescue roofing went out of business. They don’t answer there phones and when I went to there business locations they were empty. And according to Ca.gov there license has expired and so has there bond.
