Republic Adda Bar & Lounge

Very well decorated and designed Indian Bar and restaurant. This place has tasty food, I tried their Pizza with Chicken Tikka and it was amazing and different than all the other pizzas I have ever had. Also the crowd is very good and you can take your family or friends and enjoy your time. They have different activities in different days, like quizzes etc. People do recommend their brunch on Saturdays but I didn't have the chance to try it. Staff is very friendly and professional as well. Would definitely come here again and recommend it to others.

Went for a party with family. The ambience was good. Outside seating was available but people were smoking and we had kids, so we sat inside. The starters were good. Samosa chaat and tofu chaat. Hummus with Channa on top was very good. The main course was below average. The butter chicken, fish curry, coconut pilaf everything was very bad. Chicken fry was just ok not good. The desserts were good. Saffron milk cake, carrot cake, chocolate fudge and thandai ice cream all were good. Not a place to visit for a second time.

Had a wonderful dining experience! Warm welcome, perfect 8PM reservation with Burj Khalifa views. Eiza, Flavio, Rihan, and Ramila provided excellent service & thanks for being patient with us. Chef Manoj's dishes were incredible from start to finish. Highly recommend!

One of best Indian brunch! The food variety is huge & unique. They literally answer to every taste out there, from India side even vegans! 
Welcome drinks at the entrance and the staff as well was very helpful, professional. They’re super organized. 

The chef goes the extra mile to ensure everything is on point, gets very creative with every dish.

Their brunch was indeed amazingly fun. Our first time to be here and I would say it's worth trying and worth the price. They offer a sumptuous indian cuisine, serving ala carte during brunch, from their starter, main course down to their dessert. Drinks was not too bad . Service and Staff was amazing, our assigned staff was great (Xavier), very friendly and og excellent customer service. Ambiance was cool and nice 👍👍👍 Music was lively and good selection of play list.

Had n amazing lunch, since I eat healthy food,the meal was made speacially suiting my taste n requirements. Big portions too. Chef Niraj did the honour of making food for me. The ambience is beautiful just like my personality,elegant n colourful. The place is suitable for all kind of clients, best for speacial occassions. Hindi songs ,all staff displayed the Indian hospitality from heart. Absolutely loved the place.

This place has excellent decor and Indian vibes. The food was ok taste wise, but nothing that would make me come back for more. They did try to be innovative with the dishes, but unfortunately it didn’t come off most of the time. Service was good, unfortunately the volume of the music inside the restaurant was really loud to the point that we couldn’t converse with others at the table & had to move to the outdoor seating area.

Do Zayed Bae and Virgil gave us attentive and friendly service. It was a quiet Sunday brunch with just a few tables but the food was delicious the live Dj have great music and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We had so much fun at the venue and the food is amazing. I think this is one of most instragrammable Indian Restaurant I've been too. Every corner is aesthetic and ready for selfies. Really reminds mo of an Indian Celebration called Holi. My Favorites: for starters, I love the Tuna Bhel, the play of flavors and textures of the nuts works well for me. The Bag Bag Chicken is an experience, I love the idea of us customers got has the pleasure of spicing the way we like it. The Burnt Tomato Aubergine Puree is just perfect as the Lamb Bun Kebabs. Stir-fried Chipotle Prawns, there's that distinct Indian spice that lingers as an aftertaste once we had it. The Tandoori Bao Egg Benedict is amazing, I wish the eggs is runnier, or I should have informed the check how I like my eggs done. More or less I still enjoyed this selection. The Mains. Non-Traditional Butter Chicken - It tastes so good, I love how they prepared the chicken. They barbecued the chicken first with Tikka Takki before mixing it with the Butter Makhani Sauce. Fish Tikka - This melts in my mouth, so satisfying. Beef Kallimiri - The meat and the flavors explodes with each bite. The spice is just right and not overpowering the flavor of the meat. Vegetable Dum Biryani - This is the perfect base for all the main dishes. I love the idea of making the biryani as a vegetable so that we can pair it with all the main dishes. I tried pairing it with the Butter Chicken, Fish Tikka, and Beef Kallimiri and each time is a different experience. Kudos to whoever thinks of this idea. Dessert I love most of the desserts offered especially the Saffron Tres Leches Cake, the Saffron Vanilla Cremeux is so smooth and creamy and the milk cake is moist, not dry. As a huge fan of ice cream, the Thandai Ice Cream. I find it lackluster. There's a very subtle amount of flavor in it. I dunno is it just me or if I'm just nitpicking or have high expectations when it comes to ice cream? The Drinks This is an experience of its own. This is an amazing idea letting us create options for us mixing our own drinks the way we like them. Overall we had an amazing time, more than the food, the drinks, and the entertainment the ambiance and experience sets it afar from the rest of the Indian restaurants I've been to. Despite the resto was jammed packed during our visit, our server Kyu was so nice and really take care of not only us but also the rest of the tables around our area. We are never left alone and unattended. For me, everything is already perfect. just minute adjustments on here and there.
