When a few tile and drywall details weren’t quite right, he made sure they were fixed and that I was satisfied. I used Replace It LLC after searching for cabinets at Home Depot that I wanted installed. Jesus called me before I left the store and came and gave quotes on the laundry shortly after, but also another job that consisted of finishing an unfinished space in my basement. After a while I circled back, and contracted them to finish the space. They were professional and accommodating throughout the process.I was quoted a really good price and time frame of completion. The workers took care to protect the house and clean up afterwards daily. We love the space and the work. There were a couple of details and finishes not done to my initial specifications, but they worked out in the end. My biggest concern was the timeframe. We were contracted for a week for the project, but it ended up being two with some late nights which I was fine with due to needing to get the job done. In my opinion some of this was due to needing to have things dry before (mudding, texturing, painting, etc), other parts of it was due to workers being tied up with other tasks/jobs. It’s to be expected in this trade, but I wish we would’ve stuck to the schedule as it costed me an additional week of leave. In the end I’d use them again and have already referred them to a couple of people.
