Frank was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and was thorough in explaining the situation and the required fix. I called him to repair my mother's dishwasher and a part was needed which he sourced for me on Ebay. He returned the day the part arrived and completed the repair. Frank has been to my house twice in the last few months. The first time to repair a dishwasher installation gone wrong. The second time to do work on a washing machine.
