By far the best massage therapy I have encountered. I could barely walk upon my first visit - the owner Meeghan was hands on and recommended me to the perfect RMT for my case. Everette was highly knowledgeable and understood my case from the beginning, given his sports background he was highly patient and took it slow. I highly recommend Renu for anyone who needs therapy or just to relax.

I have my first lymphatic drainage and infrared pod session here. Raegan explained everything about it to me. She’s really friendly and helpful! It was really good and relaxing. Especially the infrared pod! Would recommend it here!

I highly recommend Renu health & wellness and Meeghan Mackenzie. I was suffering with nerve pain in my foot, possible neuropathy as I am a type 2 diabetic, the stabbing pain was intense and constant and I could not sleep. I went to see meeghan for 2 lymph drainage massage and I am now pain free and off my medication, I have my quality of life back and could not be more grateful to Meeghan for her empathy and compassion. This place is a hidden gem! I stumbled upon Renu health & wellness when I was looking online for a massage therapy, as I was feeling a bit of discomfort in my shoulder. I ended up booking a 45 mins massage to see how the service would be and I was pleasantly surprised. The massage therapist sat down with me (pre massage) and spoke about what part of my body they should to focus on and planned out how they would execute each body part within the 45 mins time period. That pre massage meeting calmed be down and relax even more knowing I was in good hand. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a unique and highly personalized service. Definitely coming back again!

Amazing Space and Staff. Had work done to My Plantar Facia... Session One but seems to have really gotten in there. Following work on legs and shoulder injuries. Very in depth technician.
