Wow what an incredible experience I had at Renu! I feel so grateful for the team there. All lovely individuals who make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in. The receptionist from Ireland (sorry, I forget her name) was so lovely and smiley. Vibes and energy were great. My lovely massage therapist (who is also a nurse), Raegan, was so knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process, while educating me about lymph’s and overall health. I went in for a post op cosmetic surgery drainage massage and I already feel a significant difference in my recovery and appearance. She even took before and after pictures to show me and as an empiricist, I truly appreciated that! Looking forward for my next sessions!

It was recommended to me by someone on my health team to have a lymphatic drainage massage. I chose Renu because of it's ratings and it's proximity to my home. I am blown away. I did not know what to expect but my expectations were exceeded. Emma gave me a wonderful lymphatic drainage massage and explained everything thoroughly and made me feel incredibly comfortable and cared for. Cannot wait for my next session with her.

A friend recommended Meeghan and I am sure glad she did. Meeghan has been incredible at treating my lipedema, and it doesn't stop there, she teaches and explains along the way. I highly recommend anyone curious about lymphatic massage or drainage to go to Renu.

I had the pleasure of experiencing Renu Health & Wellness for the first time yesterday and it was nothing short of exceptional! The minute you walk in you’re greeted by the lovely Philomena. She’s informative, kind, has a great Irish accent and just a joy to talk to! The space itself is beautifully curated with such intention; it’s very warm and inviting! I started off my appointment in the Cacoon Wellness Pod, it was a magical experience! After that, I had a combination (60) minute massage/ lymphatic drainage appointment with Emma which was the perfect mixture of nuturing, therapeutic and relaxing; I highly recommend her! Overall, I’d give the entire experience a 10/10 and won’t go anywhere else from this point forward.

Absolutely LOVED my first lymphatic massage with Meghan. She is very knowledgeable in her expertise. It was so relaxing. I also really enjoyed the Préime Derma Facial with Amber. It was so relaxing and my skin felt and looked amazing.

Michael gave an amazing service. He is very calm and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. He listened to my questions and concerns and provided thoughtful advice. I highly recommend.

Raegan is AMAZING! She brings her knowledge as a nurse together with her specific, in depth knowledge of the lymphatic system and she is incredibly effective! Post-cancer-treatment I have been swollen and fatigued, and through consistent appointments with Raegan my body has COMPLETELY changed! I am no longer puffy, swollen, and sluggish, and I am so grateful! 100% Renu health and wellness will be my first stop if i ever encounter this again!

Went for my first TMJ massage with Sasha today and I genuinely haven't felt this relieved and tension free in a long time, she was amazing. Safe to say I will be returning!
