Best reflexology I have ever had. Renu Health and Wellness has been my absolute favourite place for massage therapy for over a year and the reflexology with Michael is amazing. I leave each session completely relaxed and tension-free. Michael has the most wonderful calming energy. Highly recommend!

I was in a recent car accident and have trauma around my left eye limiting the movement of fluids from the area. She was very knowledgeable and gentle. I have finally found a skillful and knowledgeable massage therapist in Calgary that does a fantastic lymphatic drainage! Meeghan is a treasure of a human being. Not only did I get a wonderful treatment, I also got to experience the infrared pod afterwards, which was delightfully recharging. The spa is beautiful and tastefully decorated, the space is calm and inviting. I enjoyed the nice attention to details like warm towels, soft bathrobe, warm tea after treatment and perfectly curated music at a pleasant volume in every room.The friendly staff was the cherry on top. I already booked my next treatment and am excited to have found that absolute gem in West Hillhurst. A must if you haven’t tried it!

Went for a massage at Renu feeling quite sore in my shoulder and neck. Had a great massage from Monica, who incorporated myofascial cupping and addressed the acute areas with care and the right amount of force. Recommended!!
