Wow what an incredible experience I had at Renu! I feel so grateful for the team there. All lovely individuals who make you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in. The receptionist from Ireland (sorry, I forget her name) was so lovely and smiley. Vibes and energy were great. My lovely massage therapist (who is also a nurse), Raegan, was so knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process, while educating me about lymph’s and overall health. I went in for a post op cosmetic surgery drainage massage and I already feel a significant difference in my recovery and appearance. She even took before and after pictures to show me and as an empiricist, I truly appreciated that! Looking forward for my next sessions!

I had the pleasure of experiencing Renu Health & Wellness for the first time yesterday and it was nothing short of exceptional! The minute you walk in you’re greeted by the lovely Philomena. She’s informative, kind, has a great Irish accent and just a joy to talk to! The space itself is beautifully curated with such intention; it’s very warm and inviting! I started off my appointment in the Cacoon Wellness Pod, it was a magical experience! After that, I had a combination (60) minute massage/ lymphatic drainage appointment with Emma which was the perfect mixture of nuturing, therapeutic and relaxing; I highly recommend her! Overall, I’d give the entire experience a 10/10 and won’t go anywhere else from this point forward.

Absolutely LOVED my first lymphatic massage with Meghan. She is very knowledgeable in her expertise. It was so relaxing. I also really enjoyed the Préime Derma Facial with Amber. It was so relaxing and my skin felt and looked amazing.

Meghan is incredible - she is so knowledgeable, and has been able to help alleviate my swelling post-cancer-treatment when my doctors are still trying to figure out why I’m swollen. I couldn’t be more thankful for her help in getting me back to feeling good!

Went for my first TMJ massage with Sasha today and I genuinely haven't felt this relieved and tension free in a long time, she was amazing. Safe to say I will be returning!

Meeghan was fantastic. She took her time to really understand my history around my foot pain and explained how a sluggish lymphatic drainage system could contribute to that. I was sooo satisfied with the treatment. Thank you Meeghan!

I love the lymphatic massage with Emma! She’s amazing and I always leave feeling so relaxed. I have had many, many massages in my life but she gives one of the all-time best!
