Asthma is an autoimmune disease that causes the bronchi
(large airways) to become inflamed, preventing the lungs
from having a clear pathway to distribute air to the body.
Many people are shallow breathers, this limits
lymph flow and circulation.
The purpose of Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is to
stimulate the lymphatic system to move lymph through the
lymphatic vessels and nodes and eliminate metabolic
wastes from the body. Regular treatments can also
provide improved relaxation, helping to open up the
airways and promote freer breathing.
