I had the pleasure of experiencing Renu Health & Wellness for the first time yesterday and it was nothing short of exceptional! The minute you walk in you’re greeted by the lovely Philomena. She’s informative, kind, has a great Irish accent and just a joy to talk to! The space itself is beautifully curated with such intention; it’s very warm and inviting! I started off my appointment in the Cacoon Wellness Pod, it was a magical experience! After that, I had a combination (60) minute massage/ lymphatic drainage appointment with Emma which was the perfect mixture of nuturing, therapeutic and relaxing; I highly recommend her! Overall, I’d give the entire experience a 10/10 and won’t go anywhere else from this point forward.

Absolutely LOVED my first lymphatic massage with Meghan. She is very knowledgeable in her expertise. It was so relaxing.
I also really enjoyed the Préime Derma Facial with Amber. It was so relaxing and my skin felt and looked amazing.
