We rented a Golf 6 automatic from Rentalux and everything was perfect! The car was in very good condition, clean, and drove smoothly. We even took it on a road trip to Macedonia, and it handled the journey without any problems at all. I actually spent weeks researching car rental companies. I was a bit scared by the previous review. But after going through all of the others I decided to go with Rentalux. The other companies seemed very shady. I rented for 33 days. Seemless pick up and drop off. No up selling or scammy behavior. Andreas, the guy I picked up from was very very kind. The person whom I chatted with throughout the process on WhatsApp was also very kind and honest. Can't recommend Rentalux highly enough. We had a great experience with Rentalux Car Rentals near Tirana Airport Albania. The car was in excellent clean condition and drove very well with great mileage. The office is located conveniently near Airport easy to find. Near to our arrival time, they also sent a video by WhatsApp to easily locate. Customer service was great. I will recommend them 100% and hoping to be back and renting with Rentalux in future.

I booked a car with Rentalux from 27 Oct to 31 Oct. The office is located at 7 min walking distance from the arrival exist. All information and video on how to reach the office was communicated via WhatsApp the day of reservation. The team is very welcoming and the car was in perfect condition and clean. I recommend 👍

Big thanks to Rentalux for the great service and a very nice car! I rented a 6th-gen Golf with a 2.0 TDI and DSG from May 25 to June 4. Communication was always fast and smooth via WhatsApp, and the manager on-site was very friendly. Even a couple of months before the rental, the owner reached out to me via email with some helpful instructions. We had a pleasant exchange there as well — he always replied quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. We handled everything on time, and returning the car was incredibly quick — just a couple of minutes and it was done. The car itself was great — even though it’s an older model, it was in good condition and drove really well. The only issue was that the cigarette lighter didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone directly, but it wasn’t a big problem since I had a power bank. I hope it gets fixed for the next renter! I paid with a credit card and also left the deposit that way. The same evening after returning the car, the deposit was already back on my card. The service overall? Just awesome — super smooth, friendly, and professional. You guys are amazing. I give you 10 out of 5!

Good friendly service, short walk from the terminal, older car model but does the job and reliable all for a great price. Can contact them on Whatsapp which is very useful. Would use them again!
