Any maintenance issues are handled quickly, communication is always clear and respectful, and she makes the entire tenancy process feel smooth and stress free. Leeann and her team has been amazing. I have been a tenant under Rent South and had a great experience. The transition phase when you move into a house and vacate the place are so chaotic. However with Rent South, this process went so well. Team has a well structured process in place which made life so easier. The team is very helpful when it comes to house inspection. Should there be any issue post inspection, they guide you on what needs to be done. I was really impressed with the checklist which the team has and it made it so easy for me to follow as a guide. The communication flow between tenant and owner are done so well by the team that there are no room for miscommunication. Team has invested a lot with their internal processes, such as most of the paper work is done through online portal, which makes it so convenient. 360 degree angle of house pictures, whereby nothing gets missed out. Should there be any maintenance requirement, the team ensures that this is attended in timely manner. Overall, great team to work with.
