I honestly cannot recommend Rent South highly enough. They are professional, organised and incredibly supportive. Amy in particular is absolutely outstanding. I have worked with her for years and she consistently goes above and beyond. She is responsive, approachable and genuinely cares about her tenants. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly, communication is always clear and respectful, and she makes the entire tenancy process feel smooth and stress free. It is rare to find this level of consistency and dedication in property management. We always feel valued and looked after, which means a lot. Huge thank you to Amy and the team at Rent South. Leeann and the Rent South team are very professional in all areas of property management. We have had dealings with other property managers in Invercargill and they do not compare to the service, advice and attention to detail that Rent South offers.
