Overall positive experience with this rental agency. We rented a VW Tiguan for two weeks to roadtrip through the north of Albania and Montenegro. As soon as we arrived at the agency, everything was ready for us. Ina was very friendly and walked us through the contract, made sure we took videos of the car, and answered any questions we had. They added a second driver and gave us written permission to drive in Montenegro (for no extra cost), which we needed at the border. The rental price was very fair (€880 for 16 full days). Although it was mostly positive, we have a few points of improvement for the company. Firstly, our car was given to us with a near empty gas tank (45 km range). We personally found this stressful, as the first thing we had to do was search for a gas station. We also ended up with a lot of gas leftover in the tank at the end of our trip since we weren’t comfortable going below a half tank in rural areas. Unfortunately that ended up being a sunk cost for us. Additionally, the check engine light was on for the entirety of our trip and while driving in the mountains, the car started making a whirring noise while going downhill off throttle. The company said that it was no problem and that it was the sound of the gas pedal, but that probably wasn’t the case since it only happened when we weren’t pressing the gas pedal. To us, it seemed more like a case of worn gears, which didn’t inspire confidence. I’m sure the company would have come to exchange the car had there been an issue, but feeling that you have a reliable car to begin with is key. Other minor details: there was no windshield wiper fluid, so we couldn’t clean the windshield while driving in dusty areas. The interface in the car worked on wifi and was more of a complicated computer than a smoothly integrated system, so we didn’t use it. We had brought our own car kit so it wasn’t an issue, but for maximum comfort, Apple or Google CarPlay would be a good addition. At the end of our trip, they drove us back to our hotel, which was a big plus since driving in Tirana is a nightmare! The customer service was positive and the car got us where we needed to go, so we still give it 4 stars.

I rented a Volkswagen Golf for 21 days, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and fuel-efficient, making it ideal for both city drives and longer trips. The service was outstanding: communication was fast and clear, and the pickup/drop-off process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the team. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, we could even pick up the car in the city center and return at the airport without an additional fee. Really responsive and helpful service. Easy car collection (even offered coffee) and drop off. They were kind enough to drive us to the bus station and assist us with our ongoing travels. The car was a little dirty but we did not mind. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We had a great experience with this car rental company! Upon arrival, we received a free upgrade from a Volkswagen to a Mercedes, which was a very nice surprise. We rented the car for 14 days and drove all across the country, including through the mountains to Theth. The car handled everything perfectly, airco also worked very well. The rental company was always available, for example with WhatsApp or call, and very helpful whenever we had questions. We had a minor accident that damaged the car a bit during the trip, but it was handled smoothly and professionally, with no issues at all. On the last day, we returned the car and the owner even gave us a ride to the airport. Great service! We 100% recommend this company and would definitely use them again!!!

We made a reservation to rent a car for 15 days. The service from the guy was impeccable, he brought it to us at the airport, the car inside was perfect and clean. The person who served us was very polite with a smile. For anything we needed, he was in communication with us
